It's usually (and in this case) a positive reaction and the vibe doesn't have to be specified but can mean any or all of the following 'inspirational, unique, quirky, eye-catching, funny etc. etc.' - it's assumed we all 'get' the same vibe from the person/place, or have a similar reaction, so it doesn't have to be specified, we just 'get it'.
So, instead of saying what you mean (for example, that she is unique, funny etc.) you just go for the more ambiguous term and assume that others will catch the more precise descriptions, meanings and messages you packaged into to the "vibe" term? Loved seeing this home. The poster in the kitchen above the sink is artwork made by my grandfather. I gasped when I saw it, and am rather touched that is lives in such a well-curated space.

There is a feeling of great peace in this place. Partly it's the neighbourhood, the brick and mature plants and trees. But the architecture and the interior shifts that have taken place over the years really does give a warm casual vibe to the home. Interesting, not overdone, still chic of course, but not severe or trying too hard at all. I like this story and Julia fits very well there.

This home is so interesting for so many reasons but mainly I love the creative use of levels not seen in Canadian construction and the old growth trees that pour into every window.

I did. John Winter worked at the AA 1960 to 1964, so Julia must be at least about 80 in this video.
