That's why I created a headphone stand that will automatically redirect the sound to the speakers after putting down the headphones. The whole thing is mounted to the back of the monitor in the place of the original mounting points.
The cost of the device is small, you need a silicon prototype board and three momentary switches. The rest is 3D printing.
The total cost of the device does not exceed $ 5.
