    *MAKE IT A WHOLE SERIES FOR OUR OTHER BODY PARTS!!!* (please) I thoroughly enjoyed going back to the basics, feels so good to just focus on the moves, the music and just having a great time. I loved all the moves and variations. The music was very well chosen too

    For straddle crunches, sitting with your legs criss-cross is a good modification if you're not that flexible!

    I just wanted to say this is the third time I did this workout and the first was so so hard for me, but this time I managed to do most of it without taking a break in the middle!! (with the modifications tho) I'm practicing with your videos for 6 months now and it's amazing feeling the progress, so really really thank you Cassey!

    My abs no longer exist.
    As far as TV goes, honestly, I've fallen in LOVE with Little House on the Prairie. As a child I couldn't appreciate it. But as an adult, I see that they tackled a lot of hard topics. They also showed us what hard work and appreciation for what you have looks like. It's really such a great show and I would call it a "must see". There's so many episodes that everyone should watch. I also just love the amount of nature in the show. Because of the time period, there's no awful city scenes or noise. It's just nature and these simple homes. People got around on foot or rode horses. So everything is calming and beautiful. This is an unpopular opinion, but sometimes it's fun to revisit the classics.

      I personally love gunsmoke! It’s an oldie but goodie. Episodes are always heartwarming and have good lessons. They’re reminiscent of earlier times and the black & white ads to the effect. Twilight zone is also a classic but deff more depressing at times 😅

    Dear Future Grass,
    WE'VE GOTTEN SO MUCH STRONGER SINCE THE BEGINNING OF 2021! I remember doing this video in maybe... March or February and we DIED! We stopped so many times! But, I just completed it again and only stopped maybe 3 times. Our abs are so much stronger when following the calendar! Watch, when you do this workout video again, you'll stop only 1 time OR YOU WON'T STOP AT ALL!

      HOW'S THIS A TV WORKOUT! She's speaking and there's workout music so how am I supposed to hear my show?
      Anyways, the only breaks I took were during transitions so I guess you can say I didn't take any breaks? I've been stretching for leg holds for a long time now so my hip flexors are really aching right now! This workout IS NOT good for those with hurting hip flexors!

      Dear Future and Maybe Even Past Grass, I listened to music while doing this. Music on Spotify specifically. As of performance, I still can't do this without taking breaks. However, I think my endurance is much better. I think I need to pay extra attention to posture though.

    I LOVED this workout!! I have bad knees and can't do a lot of squats or lunges, but this gave me a lot of really good work on my core while still managing to move my legs. And big bonus that I can watch my shows at the same time!

    To anyone looking for new and original shows to watch that work your mind, I fully recommend Dark and Pose (both are on Netflix)! Genial works of art.
    I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout! Love the new moves, and a lot of these are challenging for me (just realized the most challenging ab moves for me are seated!), so it gives me a good sweat and as a ballerina, this is great as a part of a pre-class warm up thanks to those stretches. Gonna make this a regular one!

    I LOVE these short minute abs, and years ago they got me back in shape postpartum but it seems like the focus lately has been butt and legs which are awesome too but I hope you can go back to pop Pilates again with the 5-10 min ab workouts they are awesome I just replay them!
