    Love this video but can you bring back the timer for each exercise (as opposed to one long timer for the whole workout)? It helps motivate me to push through each move if I can see how much time I have to hold it for. With the one big timer I find I give up easier. Thanks for all you do!

      I got pissed at her during the planks. I'm still pissed, although I know that it's necessary😂 I think I got annoyed because she said "don't bring the knees down" and I brought the knees down for a second several times...

    I love how I skipped all the other levels and I just went straight into level 3.

    It’s magical how she powers through the whole thing without putting her legs/arms down and motivates us. Lots of modifications on my part but I’m on the floor laid out like a starfish now grinning cause i finished! Need to build that core strength!

    Cassey I have to say, you are glowing!! I know you made some changes in your life, and apparently they were for the better. I mean it's not just your body (which, in itself is like body goals, all defined and smooth like that), but it's also your face and your eyes. Those are gleaming.
    Anyway thanks for sharing all this content with us on youtube for free. A year ago, I would never have considered doing a workout like this. Now I'm like "well I may be up for it. Won't know until I try anyway." I used to loathe sports and your videos were the ones that helped me in the end. Now I feel much more confident both mentally and physically, so thanks again.

    Guess you finally gave us the "Extreme Abs 4", huh!?!! I felt my core and upper body from beginning to end. Hated some of the moves, hated you at times but loved it all at the same time! I gained more strength, still need to work on it but I am happy to see the progress. Please, make a series of it!!!

    Dear Future Grass,
    I know Cassey's "human" so if she can do it, so can I. I know, I know. But is she following the calendar? Did she do mountain climbers and planks and the whole shebang before this video? Can't tell. So her encouragement becomes a little empty for me and ends up not encouraging me at all.
    On the other hand, 2-3 months ago, we tried to follow along with this video and couldn't get pass the 9:33 mark. BUT GUESS WHO JUST FINISHED THE VIDEO!? ME! Let's face it, I can't do that leg hold v-shape move without falling like an egg but I'm so close! I'm so much stronger than I was 3 months ago! I'm a stronger, better person! Alright, can't celebrate just yet, I have one more 10 minute ab video to complete for today's calendar.

      Dear Future and Maybe Even Past Grass,
      I just did this video again. Truth be told, I don't ever feel good about doing this video. The moves like teaser and v-ups are too hard and I feel my shoulders and hip-flexers more than I feel my abs .
      Cassey's moves here kinda discourage me and it's quite unfortunate. But I wanna continue pushing myself.
      I need some good old encouragement from so POPsters. People like me who also are following the calendar and aren't as strong as Cassey. People who break a sweat doing this video.

      P.S. I am sooooo close to doing those balance abs to perfection! I really wanna see myself do this one day. I'm also close to doing the teasers. I can do those but I can't hold them for longer than 2.5 seconds.

    I’m only 8 minutes in and I had to stop already! I have much respect for all people who are capable of fully doing workouts like this one. I know that since I’m a beginner, it makes sense that I have a limit, however, I don’t think I have the right mentality to continue doing these workouts when i’ve already died.

      Cassey has other type of Abs workout that are not that advanced. I Started with those instead of workouts like this one because cassey has been working out for years and She has a really strong Core so its totally understable how you feel

    I just have to say how grateful I am I discovered Cassey and blogilates. I started doing Cassey’s workout calendar in April and in 3 months I’m down 15+ pounds and almost 4% body fat. Not only that, but I feel soooo much stronger! This video was really hard, but a few months ago I wouldn’t have even been able to dream of doing it. And I got through it! I just will be forever grateful for Cassey and everything she has taught me and inspired me to do. Popster for life!!

    id love to request a series similar to the one you created last yr, where you talked to us as you worked out!! that kind of format where you provide advice and tips in the 10 minute video was not only a very effective workout but super insightful and motivating to my personal life. It was kind of like listening to a podcast of you and your advice while we worked out and id love to see a series of that kind return!!!

    So doing the Feb 2021 calendar. Silly me thinking she was going easy on us today...then this video happened. Ohhhhhh my goodnessss. I'm convinced she has superhuman strength. How on earth does she make this look like no big deal? Not a single sweat drop on her face.🤣 Those ab moves and the plank circuit at the end...whoof! THEN when she said she just decided she wasn't going to let us drop the last 2 minutes my jelly arms were sobbing. Lol Great workout as usual! Definitely not a walk in a park.

    This series has been sooo eye opening for me! Thanks to going through the basics before advancing to more difficult variations, I'm looking at these moves in a new light. So this is how you're supposed to do them right to maximise the burn and avoid compensating with other muscle groups?? Been doing Cassey's videos (on and off along with my other workouts) for five years and still learning new things from her. It's amazing!!!

    I was legit about to cry on some of the exercises this was so hard 😂 but hey I did it, never been so happy to finish a workout! How she smiles throughout the whole thing is beyond me 😅

    My neck always gets so strained when I’m trying to “rest” it on my shoulders! What am I doing incorrectly??😭🖤

      Probably need to work up to it. I find my neck strains when my muscles are fatigued. My neck takes over cuz abs hurt. Keep low back curved into ground and keep your palms down on mat rather than behind head.

      You are probably not engaging upper abs enough try lifting with your chest ie trying to get the chest hugher off the ground as opposed to the neck

      It helps when I focus on sucking in my abs. That way I lift with my abs and not my neck

    this is the first time that a HOLD got my heart rate into the frickin CARDIO zone lol. This is now one of my fave ab videos and i LOVED the music!

    This workout was one of the hardest that I’ve ever done but it was pitched just right to be enjoyable. :) I am definitely going to put it in my weekly rotation because I just checked myself out in the mirror and it is already having an effect!

    This was NOT at my level but I pushed myself and finished it & tried my best on all the moves (of course I took a couple small break in between lol). This video made me realize how much the 100 Ab Challenge helped me bc before it, there was no way I could do ANY of these moves. 😭 Thank you for helping me & boosting my confidence Casey. 🥺💕

    HOLY- this was the first time I was able to do hip twists on my toes instead of my knees
    I remember the first time I saw this exercise, thinking I could never do I without the modification and I still can't believe I actually did it

      That was me today I was struggling bad I just had no mojo. But I got through it! And I'm happy I stuck it out and didn't just do this one video off the calendar. I would've felt like i was letting myself down. Casseys positivity and loveliness really helped today 😊 well done for getting it done!

      this calendar is so sneaky though! It's got 4 workouts each day. But some of the workouts go like " you should repeat this video NOW to even out the other side!" I'm like really? that's how we are gonna play?? xD
