  • In today's video we are doing some exercises at the gym, focused on recovering the strength of our injured hamstring. Start off with no weight and if you feel no pain, you can increase the weight of the load to put a little more pressure on that hamstring. These exercises are focused on flexing the hamstrings and putting them to the test.
