Carnivore flatbread bacon wrap/4 simple ingredients/Knocked out a 5 mile run!

- This is my second run of 2024 and my legs and lungs are feeling much better than I thought they would considering my lack of running the past 2 years!
Also I whipped up some carnivore flatbread with 3 simple ingredients! Then I added the bacon to make an awesome snack or meal! Easy peezy!!

I made this today, and as commenters do, I changed it a little bit. I added bacon crumbles to the mixture and used my chaffle maker. I did have to add a little cheese to the bottom and top to make them easier to get out, but it was so good! TY!

Yes you are absolutely right! My Momma would always say. " If the egg is already cracked, throw it away"! I guess I was feeling a little rebellious that day and didn't heed her warnings. Luckily everything worked out and no one got sick. It did turn out pretty tasty!

FYI I may try this pizza over chicken crust. Also I’ve discovered microwave 3-4 pieces of bacon at a time for a snack. It cooks very well!
First my brother!! I’m about to hit some weights. They suggest resistance training early on over cardio however if cardio is your jam you’re not hurting anything.
I'm getting back into running after a couple year lay off from a stubborn case of plantar fasciitis. The gym is my stress reliever. I'm in there 5 days a week! Go heavy or go home!💪 Appreciate ya my brother!
