Heres some measurement conversions for other americans watching (i did my best, but i dont have a scale so i had to use google to find these) 1 1/5 cups warm milk 2 teaspoons dry yeast 1/2 cup of sugar 2 teaspoons salt 1 egg 2 1/2 cups bread flour 3 1/2 tablespoons butter - 2 egg yolks 1/2 cup of sugar 1 tablespoon Cornstartch (not sure, but close) 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste little more than 3/4 cups of milk 1 tablespoon butter

I was wondering the same thing about the temperature. I suspect that they might have been doing this in Celsius. I did a conversion in the 160 for Fahrenheit and got 320 which seems to be more reasonable. I’m gonna fry them at 320 and see what happens

저 이거 만들어봤는데 빵피가 정말 카페에서 파는 도넛 같아요.. 감동입니다 ㅜㅜ 커스터드크림은 별로 안좋아해서 우유크림 만들었는데 날씨가 더워져서 휩이 잘 안돼더라구요.. 거의 줄줄 흘리면서 먹긴햇지만 빵은 너무 맛있었어요 ㅠㅠ 또 만들거예요
