What did you use to make the whipped cream?
One of my favorite ways to use stale bread is to blend 2 slices in a chopper or blender and then add one 5 or 6 ounce can of tuna or salmon and 2 eggs, seasoning salt ,dill and mix. Then fry the little fish pancakes in oil or butter. They make a nice lunch or dinner. I usually also make a ketchup and mayonnaise sauce to dip them in. Nice protein ❤

Those look so good. I make egg in the hole. I cut a hole in the bread and toast bread in butter in skillet and crack an egg in the middle while bread toast and cook on both sides.
