The humble cleaner really know all stuff that he did...that's why he can explained it all....you have a really good cleaner...enjoy your video...anyway...ride safe bro...
Definitely good video...full of information and technics... If the workshope is nearby me, sure i won't go to any others... Only " the cleaner" workshope...indeed..
Iirc on my 1996 fzr 600 I installed a chain with clip style master link...the clip came off and I rode without it for a while that way...I am not suggesting anyone do that... it's best as the Cleaner states to install using rivet style
I have heard of cases where either the bike owner does not know the difference, or the shop just wants to sell the chain, but ended up installing a master-clip type chain on the superbike, and the link failed, chain got caught up in the gear shaft area and caused some serious damage. Always go with rivet type..
I don't think he has the free time to shoot and edit, but he does do some impromptu knowledge sharing on the workshop's Facebook page in Bahasa Malaysia language, you can check those out. FB: @66SpeedBike
Hey, you see these red pins/tabs/clips, one connecting to the fuel tank and the other to the airbox. How on earth do you put them back in place, I have spent hours trying to, but it does not want to go back. I would really appreciate your answer.
I'm not exactly sure since it wasn't me who was working on the bike but from my observation for the fuel line the connector is a clip type which you need to place in a "lock" position after connecting it back to the tank.
They already lubed the filter with the oil, you don't need to lube it too much otherwise your filter cannot allow air to flow nicely and the excess lube will mess up the air box area.
A 43 tooth rear sprocket?? At least you can do a 41?? Speed n torque won’t be too bad. Not for your weight and size of your body. It’s cool you got a good bike mechanic.
This man know stuffs. it is fun to hang around with this kind of people.
Stronk Komrade this champion sbk sepang..huhuhu..ahmad khan..

Hahahaha I saw what you did there.. Well played..
seriously 5 years, your chains were good and fantastic.
For some reason i like seeing your bike being serviced, especially when the new oil is poured lol. Thumbs up for you.
I like seeing it being serviced too, I just don't like the part where I have to pay that much.. LOL..
Cleaner takes his time to service bikes. THumbs UP !
The humble Ahmad Khan. Thumbs up for the two of you....

excellent work for the sprocket installation.. using torque wrench to tighten the sprocket nut. Many mechanics dont use this tool...
Whenever I see mechanics make use of the gun too much I get worried they will damage by over tightening.
Vary soon might be i will go there with my Kawasaki.... Tq for the video bro.
Thanks for viewing, have a good service/repair there!
Learned so much from this vid, thanks for upload such a good bike educational vid.

Dia x letak minyak ke dkt air filter tu....putih je..sepatutnye k&n dia ade minyak dkt filter dia warna merah.

The setup is factory, I just kept it as-is. Yup he is a good mechanic!
What size swing arm spools do you use or what brand because the 10mm I bought today for my 2012 zx6r won’t go all the way thru
What spools are you referring to, the bobbins?
@@thesighbored like the things you put on the swing arms so u can lift ur bike on the stand
Oh those we call bobbins.. On my 6R I use M10 bobbins. Exactly what measurement I'm not too sure, they call them M10.
do you feel any difference going from 10-60 oil to 10-50?
I don't think I have gone with 60 before but difference is minimal.. You can feel the response is quicker a bit than with the heavier weighted oil.
@@thesighbored your ninja day at the workshop 19 you wrote that you used 10w60 oil. My friends say heavier is smoother but less pickup...
Ahmad khan sebelum jdi tiktokers ke ni? 😂
Ya betul
How much is the cost per maintenance?
On average 4 bottles of fully synthetic engine oil + oil filter will roughly be MYR 300+, additional maintenance will be extra.
@@thesighbored ty for answering. It's surprisingly cheap. I thought it'd be more expensive/overpriced like in the UK.
@@amin7581 Well you haven't factored in our currency and average earning, so for MYR300+ for a service is not really cheap for the average local. 😅
How much cost chain n sporcket??
MYR 470.
the cleaner' gained weight??
I don't know, have to ask him about that..
Hahaha epic fist
use chain removal laa...using grinder adeh haha
using dremel more convinient,no harm by using grinder, because da spark went opposite..it wont affecting anything else, just a few dust, dats all
In the US its a common practice to use a grinder. Pretty convenient I guess.
Grinder works just fine, and specialized tools don't come cheap. :)
The ninja 636 have a very fat TANK...
How much damage to the wallet bro?😅😅
It was almost MYR 900.
