I had the same happen to my zx636 2014 in 2022. Same plastic junction piece. But I had it burst while I was spliting jem in Subang, and the scalding hot coolant sprayed on my left leg. Long pants and riding shoe protect most of the skin, but still got hit above the ankle. Also took a month to get the part from Japan.
Ouch, that sounds painful. Lucky I was able to avoid that. Had to wait 2 months for the part.. Next episode can get it fixed up with all the new parts.
