Part 2 was worth the wait, really enjoyed it. Hope whoever you give it to, watches these 2 episodes just to see how much hard work and skill went into making this set.

Thanks Barry. I'm sure that the recipient knows the work that goes into a piece like this. Hope to hear from you soon. I'm thinking I'm going to have to put the show on hold for a little while but it won't be for long.

Ken, the finished salt and pepper set came out great. The CA finish looks flawless. I was amazed how few parts make up the inside of the pepper grinder. That is going to make a great gift. Looking forward to seeing what comes next. Your friend, Paul / paulsmessyworkshop

Very good tutorial and the mill looks great. Would you share what type of mechanism you prefer and why. Also any links to purchase.

I've made quite a few mills over the years and I prefer the mechanisms from Lee Valley. I've never had a problem with them and they have stood the test of time with the mills that I've made. You can find the mechanisms here. www.leevalley.com/en/wood/page.aspx?p=46450&cat=1,250,43243,50237,46450
Thanks for the kind words on the project.

@@acutabove_woodworkings Thanks for the response. I hope you do one. Was just looking forward to the final piece due to all the time spent with exceedingly good detail on Parts 1 and 2 a few more min for that salt shaker would have been the cherry on the top. Thanks again for the videos and replying

I have added it to my filming list @@sakaj. It's probably wont air for a couple of months but at least it will be in the works. Thanks again for tuning in.
