I think you can use it as long as the male and female plugs can connect! If not you can try to splice the wires together
Do you know if the OLM harness will still work on non-olm brake lights?
It will depend on the connectors. The female and male connectors from the taillight will be straight plug and play. Just not too sure about the connectors from the 4th brake light.

Im pretty sure it’s possible maybe just have to cut some bolts and nuts 🔩 to place the other light 👀👀😂😂😂
