I really like how you mix it up so we're doing similar exercises for reps but I don't feel like we're doing the same exercise all the time. It makes the time go by really fast. This was a great workout.

You've truly gotten me spoiled for any other trainers😊 How you keep coming up with new exercises amazes me! Tuck snow angels?! What?! Loved it, but I'm going to feel that one tomorrow. I love that your workouts are challenging, but doable, and your pace is right on to get that deep muscle contraction, and , of course, I love that you're sweating along with us😅 And thanks to your workouts, this 46 yr old can run circles around the 20-year-olds I work with and keep up with 6 yr old! Ok. Honestly kaykay deserves a comment on every single workout. I love her and I love how I feel after every single workout with her. I am working out a lot (in part with her TH-cam workouts) and her workouts still challenge me. I am very much impressed of how she approaches her work as a fitness influencer, trying to be transparent, honest and consistent in what she is saying and doing.
I usually avoid 40+min workouts bc I’m short on time BUT its the holiday break so I said “why not”!? SO glad I did - the extra time felt great and I burned so many more calories than the 30-35min workouts that it feels doubly worth it. Thanks! 🎉

The mini split squat was crazy intense. I went heavier since I have a squat rack and it about killed me but in a good way 💪 💪 love the no repeat workouts! You’re awesome!

I thoroughly enjoyed this one. I didn’t find myself getting anxious to finish as much because of the constant switching from dumbbells to body weight, and the variety of exercises. It’s also really validating and encouraging to see you sweating just as much as me during this workout! 😂
