@@KaosKontrol92 It works with one eye. Just tested this myself (i have two eyes) and my mother tested it as well. She only has one good eye. It does work, just not as well. I personally wouldnt get it if I only had one eye.
I really want these AR Glasses sooo much but, I can't quite get to forking out $450 USD for them. 😩 Quest 3 will be my daily driver for now but, AR Glasses will be my next product.

@@wienster123 I bought them but the blurry edges got to me. Returned... unfortunately. But just ordered the Viture Pros (2nd gen). 1080p is fine. It's really about not having to lug a 100" tv into your living room to get the same experience. Viewing angle? They're glasses... You dont take them off to view them from an angle... you put them on knowing that the viewing angle is the same as a line perpendicularly intersecting a virual 2D surface.
@@suberizedwrx main issue for me is productivity, I have 4x 4k screens and I use every inch of it. So being unable to glance at a second screen or even the edges of a screen smaller than 2160p (even a single screen) is just hard for work purposes
Sometimes, they lag while playing games. I used mine every day for the first month or 2. Now, I only use them while traveling. I recently flew Frontier from phx to msp (3.5 bours). As many know, Frontier seats have very little room for even holding a phone in front of you. I put my AR glasses on and watched a movie. If you travel often these are great. You will not use them at home after the honeymoon period as much as you would think.

Dude, you sold me on the Xreal Air!. These are exactly what I was looking for, rather than getting 3 screens on the desktop or laptop. And your content is unique, plus your approach being genuine and rather hilarious.
Another huge reason to get one is for drones. Either recreational or professional pilots or for travel vloggers. You can basically get the VR experience which costs a lot and requires a 2nd person to legally fly it since you can’t physically see your drone with a vr headset you need a spotter. But with AR glasses 👓 that are see through you can get the vr experience of fpv but still see the drone to legally fly it by yourself
I have been looking for an upgrade to replace my current monitor and accidentally stumbled on your video. Thanks to your insight and recommendation I will now be ordering these glasses instead of a standard monitor 🙂

Loved this review and it's so tempting. However the most common complaint, enough to hesitate, was the blurriness around the edges. Was wondering if you encountered that issue or does using it with the Beam eliminate it? Cause I came across another review mentioning the issue but said it could be solved with the Beam.

I bought these before. And I really wanted to like them but they just weren't for me. Fov is just too small for my eyes to wear comfortablely. They got no ipd adjustment so the way u adjust it is how close or far u put them from your eyes. If i wear them at a distance that is comfortable for my eyes where it doesn't cause strain, part of the screen would always be out of sight. I would have to wear them really close to my eye to where my eyelash would swipe against the glass when i blink in order to see all part of the screen. When i wear it that close however it would cause eye strain because it feel like both my eye are always looking a bit inward. They say its 300in but they feel more like 24in monitor at 3-4 feet away. I wish they come out with a version with bigger fov, one that cover maybe the entire lens or something. Despite really liking the concept, i had to return them.
I think with beam you can move the screen. If you use it direct to phone, its blury. I like checking mail and watch movies. Its amazing when traveling.

I have always liked games that use a full keyboard and a trackball mouse. Controllers do not have enough keys. Cell phones have even less keys and much closer keys. This product fixes only one of the problems of portable communication. Great start!
