This is so perfect - I *just* finished 2 months of physical therapy to improve thoracic flexibility and so many of these exercises are ones I did in PT. Thanks for making this! Definitely going to use this as a follow along. Some of the exercises are a little challenging for those of us with limited hamstring flexibility but I will think about how to modify.

I know you are in the bulking prep phase of Olympia. Have you noticed any decrease in your mobility or increased difficulty in floor routines with the added muscle mass?
