Thank you so much for this series. I was looking for someone who addressed the balance struggle when doing single leg variations. It was so frustrating being strong enough for a progression, but having really poor balance.

Thank you so much for this drills/tutorial and sharing the knowledge with us❤. You explained it so good! I started working on my pistol squat two weeks ago or so. The movement looks so easy when you watch others doing it, but when you try it, it's crazy hard😅. I am lacking strength in my legs and glutes, so I am mostly focusing on this. And I see already a tiny tiny progress. I will also start including your exercises for strength from your second video into my practice.

Just starting to follow this. You can do the pike stretch beyond your feet meanwhile I'm basically sitting upright with my hands extended forward. No wonder I plateaued immediately when I did just strength work

How many seated pike raises should I be aiming for, before doing a harder variation? Should I stay stay with one variation of the balance exercise before doing the harder one, or should I do them consequtivly? And how long should I hold them?
Thank you for the detailed Video. My aim is to do the pistol squad as good as you can next year 😊❤

balance and ankle mobility the rest is easy. and if you really want to do a pistol squat start with two legs first and favor one leg then start to move the off leg to the side and more forward.

I wish you had given us a little more time to digest all of the information, because I feel like you just went boom, boom, boom with some of these hints and advice - maybe I'm just fatigued from today's session, but I feel like some repetition of key information might have helped memory retention and general comprehension

Nice one!! My poison is sprint tri. I've been looking for this kind of thing for a while to 'loosen up' to compliment my training. Yoga just isn't cutting it for me. Any chance you could do similar thing for shoulders? It is the joint with the highest mobility spectrum with loads of muscles holding it together after all.

similar to my handstand series these are to watch and absorb the information & to put into your own practice.
Follow along tutorials for learning new skills wouldn't be as productive as each person is at a different level and different modifications work for others.
I have my app that has a 2 full programs for pistols squats made for people to work through on their own.
