    Love that it’s easily accessible from a chair position! 💜 Some days it’s too exhausting to get back up from the floor.

    Thank you so much for this! I've been looking for more of your classes for thoracic. I had a double mastectomy with flat closure, as well as a hysterectomy, and the tightness and scar tissue have really been difficult to deal with. My thoracic area gets especially tight b/c of the pulling of the scar tissue. Would love more classes for thoracic, oblique, and psoas. Thank you!

    It was more difficult than I thought it would be. I have a lot of tesion in my shoulders and upper back. At one point my lower back popped! Thank you, I think it helped.
