Not to mention very easy to follow the steps. Although, you can also eat this with slice pieces of steamed pork meat if you want to do the complex version.

The only different thing is people here may use shrimp cracker as a small bowl instead of rice-paper to have it a crunchy texture. I was amazed by the way you can make exactly how local people make that dish, which is a real challenge to any western chef.
Every time they zoom in Gordon’s hands, you can actually see small little cuts in his fingers... it gives me hope, if this guy being such a pro still bruises himself, it’s definitely ok if I cut my self when cooking, hoping my knife skills will be that good someday.
