Arvin, in the Pakistani culture, they have multi-generation living. Including grandparents and elderly family members. Perhaps those additional showers are put there for them so they are less likely to slip and fall.
A multi million dollar house with a dedicated "cinema" that has... a roll-down screen. OOF! Couldn't make that up even if I tried. Side note though: Central air is a concept that is pretty much unique to the US. While I agree that multiple AC units scattered around isn't exactly pretty, I also think that this approach is ultimately more energy efficient, and also much more familiar to the local builders. In my humble opinion, this needs to get a pass.
This is probably the Pakistan equivalent of Trump Tower ... too much of everything. They just use white marble looking stuff instead of gold on every surface and similar, but the same general "feel". I guess anything they can get made from local craftsmen is probably very cheap. Anything they need to buy from import probably costs at least as much as in the US. That gets you carved stuff everywhere, but individual AC units and ceiling fans ...
Yeah like the rest of the world because we consider centralized air should be used only for commercial spaces plus, a home build with brick and cement is more stable temperature wise.
I don't understand what's going on in those bathrooms. Why do they all have the same combination of the two shower stalls, one of which looks like it was taken out of a suite on an ancient cruise ship?
About sound dampening. It is very important in every home. I would like to see you comment on the acoustics in a home. I noticed that wood laminate floors make sounds very harsh, it is not plaisant. I have vinyl laminate ,wood, and some carpets. These floor surfaces make the sound softer. I havent been in marble rooms or tile but they must echo too. The black cushion wall is an idea, not the best , but every room needs a good sound ambiance. Tapestries would have been a better choice for the wall dampening decor. I would expect to see lots of beautiful carpets in a Pakistan luxury home.
4:10 tbh this wall looked pretty good, luxurious, especially if paired with subtle furniture in the room, which they unfortunately didn’t have. Not everything is negative my friend!
The only thing I am missing from the house is a large cobra made of black marble with a gold accent. Maybe, it would be nice to have a cobra-themed palace.
This is probably the tackiest thing I've ever seen in my life. It just screams "This is how I imagine a rich person to live, but I've never actually met one."
13.30. You don't get to call it a Gucci or Burberry Bathroom because there's a knock off towel in there. By that logic my bathroom is by Dior as I have some aftershave.
Now this is a mansion, and is properly priced IMHO. Wouldn't Pakistan be ground zero for gorgeous handmade rugs? Odd to use Louis Viton when you could have a vintage Oriental carpet. I actually love the kitchen because I love to bake and the counter space is fantastic. A new fridge would have to happen on day one. It isn't pretending to be understated tasteful chic - they simply went all out and I like it!
The living room is so large, it is out of proportion to the furniture. I did like the black and gold aesthetic for the dining room but not sure I want the toilet opening directly unto it. lol. Also, the living area can accommodate 50 guests but is it that people have to dine on rotation? And is one toilet for the dining area enough? 🤔 Agree with the kitchen being so tiny. I laughed at the fridge - I have more fridge/freezer capacity for our modest sized family - there is a pantry inside this palace right? RIGHT? 6:50 The bedrooms are a nice size, but hardly the size for an actual king. I mean, a king usually has servants to come in and help to lay out the clothes and to help dress - maybe an extra 4 or five people. 7:56 Umm ... is that the door to the walk in closet or is it just a clothes cupboard. lol. Why does the queen's room look bigger? Maybe the camera angle, I guess. Ok the master is a really good size. The decor is rather bland though. Made for a Beige King I guess. 🤣 9:26 & 13:09 I'm laughing hysterically at the corner shower stall. I am almost positive I saw the same thing at one of my local hardware stores - a kinda prefab thing you can just slot in. 🤣 10:24 🤦♂I am watching the clash between the tile on the floor (which I do not like 11:35 😅) and the green square tile around the fountain. I may be very snobbish but I'm not parking my Bugatti there. 😂 My question about the swimming pool is how do you get to it? I mean do you have to trek through the oversized living area? Come outside, and walk through the car park? How do the ladies get to it and maintain privacy from other guests? 15:49 Conference sized projector screen, yay. 😅
Everything you said is so true especially about the central cooling system and let's not forget that in Islamabad where this house is located it gets very cold in the winter's so central heating system should be there and no active fireplace the rooms are so small with no private tv for the masters bed come on and kitchen i can go on on about this house and the prices of central heating and cooling system for a house this big should be not more than 2.5 million rupees maximum 3.5 million because for the price of 1.25 billion rupees they could've added that
I know LVMH logo branding is huge in some places, but where I am in the US, visible luxury logos say; 'I am so desperate to look like I have money that I don't mind being free advertising.'
That place is far from the most expensive or luxurious home in Pakistan. Mogul palaces still in use, Imran and Jemima(Goldsmith)Kahn, The Buttos and so many many others live in true Asian luxury, and it looks nothing like that.
The pillars in the beginning: for one they look like someone just gave up carving them. The top looked like just a weirdly shaped blob. More importantly they don‘t support anything.
Wow my grandparents used to have those types of beds and furniture in the 80s. The place is pretty gaudy. There is a mish mash of random stuff in it. They have a dividing fence on the wall with leaves on it we buy at home depot for $70.I guess this is how it is there. The overselling of how good this crap is, its hilarious. 😅

Oh my gosh! This palace is so high end, each bedroom has it's own a/c unit!
Yeah like the rest of the world because we consider centralized air should be used only for commercial spaces plus, a home build with brick and cement is more stable temperature wise.
One of them has a ceiling fan as well lol.
Thanks for the laughs! This property is a whole new level of wacky. So many parts of the house don’t make sense.
I don't understand what's going on in those bathrooms. Why do they all have the same combination of the two shower stalls, one of which looks like it was taken out of a suite on an ancient cruise ship?
That AC unit is "carved to perfection" 👌
Somebody please check Mo's backpack for missing silverware:)
I doubt that they would be silver 😂💕🇦🇺💕
I don’t think they have central air techs for homes
i think its just too expensive for them maybe ... but then the rest of the house is not?
About sound dampening. It is very important in every home. I would like to see you comment on the acoustics in a home. I noticed that wood laminate floors make sounds very harsh, it is not plaisant. I have vinyl laminate ,wood, and some carpets. These floor surfaces make the sound softer.
I havent been in marble rooms or tile but they must echo too. The black cushion wall is an idea, not the best , but every room needs a good sound ambiance. Tapestries would have been a better choice for the wall dampening decor.
I would expect to see lots of beautiful carpets in a Pakistan luxury home.
3:03 I actually had a mini-heart attack at this LV rug. OMG. lol
so much fun to see mansions from different parts of the world ❤
The central air thing is not a big deal. Outside of North America it is common not to have central AC in most places even the nice ones.
4:10 tbh this wall looked pretty good, luxurious, especially if paired with subtle furniture in the room, which they unfortunately didn’t have. Not everything is negative my friend!
I lost count of how many times Arvin is rubbing his face in sheer disbelief. 😂😁
"Tasteless and thoughtless" would sum up the "design language" of this thing.
Can you make vidoes on other pakistan mansions from Syed brothers and Aspiring homes channel
Thoroughly enjoyed this video😊.
The only thing I am missing from the house is a large cobra made of black marble with a gold accent. Maybe, it would be nice to have a cobra-themed palace.
And thank you for fast forwarding Sancho's speech on the silverware
This is probably the tackiest thing I've ever seen in my life. It just screams "This is how I imagine a rich person to live, but I've never actually met one."
13.30. You don't get to call it a Gucci or Burberry Bathroom because there's a knock off towel in there. By that logic my bathroom is by Dior as I have some aftershave.
To be honest the dining room looked pretty good, good finishes, black and gold has a luxury effect when its done correctly.
I'd take this over a fixer-upper shed in San Francisco. And they probably cost the same too.
My wife says those white pop in place showers are actually their bidets.
No going small in this house.
The Japanese have bidets built into their toilets - shouldn't they have got some of those?
Some one did a lot of COKE and said YES.... LOL
5:21 In south Asian region, we only consume fresh produces and refrigerator is only used for storing milk and wet idly (rice cake) batter.
No central air and small fridge what could go wrong!
What rubbish, every South Asian apartment has refrigerators/ fridges and are used to store loads of food...
To match the quilted/padded wall in the dining room, it looks like they had the hood over the stove quilted & padded as well.🤣
Now this is a mansion, and is properly priced IMHO.
Carved out of the concrete, I can't with them lmao.
Agree with the kitchen being so tiny.
9:26 & 13:09 I'm laughing hysterically at the corner shower stall. I am almost positive I saw the same thing at one of my local hardware stores - a kinda prefab thing you can just slot in. 🤣
10:24 🤦♂I am watching the clash between the tile on the floor (which I do not like 11:35 😅) and the green square tile around the fountain.
Arvin brand should be "and no centralised AC?". Arvin, that us a thing mainly in US, the rest of the countrys we don't really like it that much.
That place is far from the most expensive or luxurious home in Pakistan. Mogul palaces still in use, Imran and Jemima(Goldsmith)Kahn, The Buttos and so many many others live in true Asian luxury, and it looks nothing like that.
Central AC would send you to the poor house 😅
I’m not sure why they wouldn’t put it at this calibre of a property
The pillars in the beginning: for one they look like someone just gave up carving them. The top looked like just a weirdly shaped blob. More importantly they don‘t support anything.
Wow my grandparents used to have those types of beds and furniture in the 80s. The place is pretty gaudy. There is a mish mash of random stuff in it. They have a dividing fence on the wall with leaves on it we buy at home depot for $70.I guess this is how it is there. The overselling of how good this crap is, its hilarious. 😅
