OMG!!! I never have headaches and have had a nagging HA for last 3-4 days. I am an MD and have been following you for a while. I came to TH-cam to see if there was anything that you might shine a light on for me. I just pressed on my dang gallbladder for less than 2 minutes and the headache is gone. I got a giant bag of mixed nuts this week and have been chowing down…trying to get more plant protein!!! You are super duper! I send my patients to your videos without any hesitation!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Medicine has nothing to do with opinions, it is a science. And this Dr. Berg is not an actual doctor. He did not go to medical school. I guess that is why he left out genes and blockage of the kidney arteries for instance.
That it makes sense because I’ve been eating nuts for a while and lately I started having severe headache and migraine no medication help me out but when I test my gallbladder the pain gone so thank you Dr. for your opinion and God bless you
I watched this a week ago while suffering a headache and couldn’t find meds. I pressed on my gallbladder and it helped a lot. More importantly-I get headache aches a lot & they haven’t come back! I push on it every couple of days. THANK You!!
I don’t watch videos longer than 4 minutes. They usually ramble without getting to the point. I make an exception for you. You don’t ramble. Thanks for all you do.
I've been having headaches occur over and over again and I have always thought it was a tumour but now everything makes sense!Thank you so so so much Dr.Berg!!!
I had terrible migraines, with vomitting, every move made me throw up. They were once a month, then started appearing every week. It was devastating. I stopped gluten, carbohydrates, and they are gone now. I am thankful to God, and all the good doctors posting this information of treasure. Thank you!
I am stunned, I have no gallbladder, but Drs in white coats, like to tell me there's nothing that I can do, besides take pain medication, (big pharma) and lay in a, dark room for days. My migraines are awful. BUT- it just clicked with me, your bile formula, should help tremendously! The daily videos you do, and the information you provide to us, is greatly appreciated! More than you know. Many of us, are swept under the carpet, and misplaced in the medical society, we finally seek alternative Drs, and become our very own advocates! Thank you for helping us become knowledgeable, and healthy! God bless!
Miss Rose I suffer from migraine as well--since I was 12! I've tried serval different medications and nothing helped until Treximet which is Imitrex + x2 Aleve. I'm not a doctor but this is what both my pharmacist and doctor recommended in place of Treximet (the only med that has worked for me) due to its high cost. My migraine are now gone within the hour. Needless to say, I will be looking into the deductive remedies discussed here. I've always thought the issues is related to my sinuses but we shall see.
Miss Rose dr Gabor Mate said doctors arr oblivious as to what business they are in. The aim to is treat a sickness, not treating people to become and stay healthy. Huge difference.
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else is searching for home remedies for migraine pain try Elumpa Migraine Remedy Alchemist (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.
Help me reply me how u knew u had magnesium deficiency ?and i also get headache when i eat food a little bit late and i also immediatly get headache after ejaculation
I just ate almonds and had a terrible headache I searched for dr bergs headache video and found this! I pressed the same way right side below the rib cage you told in this video dr berg and my headache is gone. Wow it worked thank you 🙏 I will work on my gall bladder soon
I suffered a lot due to migraines from 2005 to 2014 almost 9 years unbearable headache but now no more migraines. What I noticed is when ever my b12 & D3 Vitamin goes down migraine triggers starts . From 2014 October I started maintaining my b12 & D3 Vitamin . So far no migraines... I went to see many Docter’s for migraines , CT scan for brain , many many medications but nothing was helpful. When I fixed my B 12 & D3 Migraine headache gone permanently.
I had my gallbladder out 4 years ago. But I still have bile issues so this very well could be true for me. My headaches and migraines have been attributed to food triggers such as chocolate, caffeine, cheddar/orange cheese, my sinuses and stress. But I am certainly going to check out more of your videos!
I have tried so many things for my menstrual migraines and nothing has worked until I started drinking copper infused water....it helped Balance out my hormones
My daughter have been suffering from migraine head ache for 2 years. Consulted doctors in chennai. After medicine she feels gud.Once she stopped medication again same problem. After meeting 4 doctors and CT scans no problem found. After that a doctor in kaveri hospital explained about migraine and causes for it. Finally he gave a hint for yoga and importantly pranayama. After a year she's doing yoga. Great improvement.
Dr Berg, I was getting ocular migraines the Neurologist said most migraines and headaches are usually is caused by lack of magnesium. Your list is accurate but also add lack of magnesium to your list.
Keep doing what you do! You, your educational videos, products... and, of course, your lovely wife, Karen, are the best! I've been applying all of your advice and lost 13 lbs. and 4" off my waist in 5 weeks. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Right on the money. I suffered for 40 years.headachs stiff very painful neck and shoulders frequent pancreas attacks almost ended my life. Surgeon said I had to have my gallbladder out.found your channel went on keto diet lost a heap of weight feel great neck and back etc. All great. Wish I could have known this 40 years ago. Thank you for your help. Cheers.
I do what Dr Berg says ! I’ve never felt better. Age 42-in ICU twice , on a ton of pharmaceuticals and getting worse. Age 66- still working full time 12 hour shifts No pain at all in my body. No headaches. No anxiety. No depression. Sleeping 7-8 hrs Happier. Life is good. Feel Great.
I had monthly migraines for 40 years. I switched to a keto diet and now I get them maybe twice a year, and usually is due to lack of sleep. The weight loss is just a positive side affect for me.
I’ve been taking Naratriptan and nurofen migraine tablets since 2001. After listening to this clip. I changed my eating habits and my headaches stopped instantly. I’m now monitoring my diet to identify what it is that is causing me headaches I love this man’s advice 👍
I love you Dr. Berg! I've been watching your videos for few weeks now. At first I was just curious about your work, but emotionally completely rational. And I still find it amazing work in progress. But this morning tears of happiness appeared in my eyes for all the love and care and support and knowledge you are so lovingly sharing with human kind! Thank you Dr. Berg and I hope you feel our love back!
In my experience Dr. Berg has been on point with the information he has provided thus far. and I greatly appreciate the time and effort he puts into making these videos. Thank you Dr. Berg!
I held pressure on the gallbladder area and noticed instant relief from my headache. Thank you for saving me all the testing I was about to go through.
Here in the Philippines, particularly in our province of Ilocos Norte, when we have headaches, old people will massage our stomach then the headache is gone.
Or try to massaging your feet! Better yet if you can get someone else to do it, that's wonderful. If you look up foot massage pattern you will see how everything is connected.
Wow this makes so much sense! I have been struggling with headaches for all my life. I figured out the sinus part but sometimes I knew it wasn’t because of them but I couldn’t figure what I had done or eaten to trigger it. The pain is really disabling and interferes with my normal daily activity. Thank you so much Dr. Berg for the information!
Dr. Berg is low-key becoming my nutrition guru/god! 😅 He could obviously potentially be wrong about something, but damn so far (personally) he’s be spot on 100% of time so far! Much respect Dr.Berg! You’ve completely changed my view on nutrition! Thank you! Thank you 🙏🏻
I had headaches, muscle pains in the right side of the neck and the head for years. i have diagnosed with Hashimoto’s 2months ago and eliminated gluten and reduced sugar and changed diet to paleo for 2 weeks now and in that period no headaches. very good information bcs i have other gallbladder symptoms too. Thank you 👏🏻
Spot on. I suffered for 11 years.. once i started doing coffee enemas and having my bile release they stopped, instant relief. Glad you're sharing this!!
For years I have been suffering with migraine headaches (usually 2=3 per week). I recently started on the keto diet and I haven’t had a headache since. Over three weeks now. This makes so much sense..
I have suffered migraines over the past 3 days. I followed advice by Dr Berg on the gallbladder tip and my migraine pain reduced literally instantly. Thank you Dr Berg for such brilliant advice!
I ❤️ Dr Bergs advice. It has changed my life... by changing my diet. I never vomit for days on end now, i still get them, but only rarely now and they are not serious. I dont go through boxes of tablets anymore for pain and those buckets I'd carry in my car or around the house for a chunder, have gone 😂. Maybe his advice doesn't work for 100 percent of people, but if he changes one life... that's what's important. Plus, many people don't follow advice properly, and then wonder why it doesn't work. Just take what you need from him. Not all will work for everyone. THANK YOU Dr B.
I watch a lot of TH-cam's videos about alsorts of subjects but you have one of the clear and easy explations and your voice is so calming brilliant job Rich UK
OH MY GOODNESS!!! I've been keto for about 10 months, besides losing 40 lbs, getting into the best shape I've been in in 30 years - I haven't had a headache. .. until now! I watched this video before and did the pressing thing into my side-as I wasn't hurting at the time nothing happened and I sorta forgot about it. Well I was suffering from an overnight headache and as I was sitting around on the couch thinking how miserable I was I remembered the press the side thing. I did it. OMG! After about 30 seconds there was a lot of gurgling sound from the exact area, I continued to hold the pressure, more gurgling sound, I held even more, ... I kept holding and massaging the area for a while, within a minute or two later I could tell my headache was leaving. ... amazing!
Man iv been on Keto style eating for a long time also.... and getting headaches that are bad every 2 weeks. Im now cutting out nuts/peanut butter etc as they were a staple on my style. going to give it ago and hope it stops the headaches. Are you still doing keto? if so did you cut out NUTS if so did it help?
I have been suffering with headaches at night and I couldn't figure it out until I watch this video and saw your comment. Yes this is the answer, it is the nuts! I am going to take them out of my food choices. Thank you again for your comments and help.
We ate dinner at new neighbors home last night. Within an hour after we left I got a headache on back left side of my head. I used a soft ice pack to try and help. Now this gallbladder info makes sense, they served potatoes with a lot of fat, butter, bacon. Then a dessert with preservatives I’m sure, was not fresh ingredients- but I only ate a small amount Wonder if enzymes would help next time?
Lewis Riches I used to take 1-2 teaspoons of Sicilian Sea Salt when I got headaches while on keto. Headaches cleared up in less than 5 minutes. I realized an electrolyte imbalance was causing it and increased my sodium intake to make up for what I was losing.
I knew my headaches were related to my digestive problems! I have been back and forth to doctor about stomach issues and headaches. They told me my headaches are separate issue but I knew they weren't as they always came hand and hand with stomach problems. Anyway your videos have helped me realise I have adrenal fatigue and am over stressed and it causes me digestive problems. Already making suggested changes that are helping me. Its so hard to believe the actual doctors I seen did not know this. Just gave me omeprazole and told me to avoid foods I think were triggering it.
Some of the things that I suspect that could be the reason for my occasional headaches are: 1) Eyestrain, like when texting or too much time on my mobile phone; 2) Too high pillow that keeps my head, neck or spine misaligned; 3) Constipation, gas or when I postpone having a bowel movement; 4) Oversleeping or lying in bed for an extended period of time; 5) Eating too much chocolates; 6) Not eating meals on time and getting too hungry.
🔴 *WHAT ABOUT EYE - RELATED.* Alot of people get headaches because of smart phones. The glare from screens, computers and electronic devices. Give your eyes a rest and the headache will go away.
He knows what he’s talking about, I used to have a slight headache on my left side, and at that time my IBS was flaring up! I am just realizing the cause.
Dr. Berg, Would you be willing to do a video 'solely' on Gallbladder health? also more about thee phrenic nerve? Thank you for taking the time to do these videos. They are well done and easy to understand.
I'm surprised they didn't already look before they asked him to do that. Smh people are so lazy these days, it amazes me everytime. It's only your hand that has to move to type words...hello!? I'm sorry if that's rude-ish, it's been a bad long few years 😂😒 😎
I was getting headache on the right side of head for the last 20 years and I started doing organic coconut oil massage on my Gallbladder, pressing it in different directions and I get rid of Headache in minutes. Otherwise I was laying on bed for weeks continuously and my head was like a would all the times. Your video is 100% true.
I used to have dreadful headaches. I was diagnosed with Antiphopholipid Syndrome ( a blood clotting disease). Once I took Warfarin to normalise my blood clotting, they went away.
I have had a on going headache for 3 days and I am menstruating but the minute I put my hand on my gallbladder instantly the headache uplifted. Thank you so much for the info u saved me from taking medications.
A migraine is not "JUST a more severe headache where it can involve a sensitivity to light, nauseousness, and vomiting." Vomiting, nausea and diarrhea are part of the migraine symptom of gastroparesis. You aren't vomiting because you are in so much pain. A migraine is a neurological event including one or multiple symptoms. A headache is one symptom, also the most common. gastroparesis is another. sensitivity to light, sound, odors, and visual and speech disturbances are more symptoms. It's not JUST a headache that's severe. Migraine headaches can also be mild. You can have a migraine with NO headache, but one or more other symptoms.
Kammeron Michelle Yes so correct. And the huge abdominal bloating that goes with it is so horrible. Cannot compare to headaches at all--two different medical problems completely.
I had extremely sever migraines from a young age starting from elementary school up till just a few years ago. My parents thought I was lazy and had a speech issue and all kinds of attitude problems. It turns out that these were migraines that I had no idea what happened to me all these years. I had accupuncture and an intervenus drug that is the most powerful injection you can get. This injection hasn't stopped my migraines but lessoned the severity of the period of time and the types of different things that happen when I get them. I used to have short term memory loss, speech and coherent sentences and light, pressure behind the eyes especially the right eye. I have strabismus and have had multiple surgery when I was very young. These were surgeries related to the brain area and muscles. I think everyone is different. Everyone eats different and every thing we eat various seasons and available foods from what is in them can greatly effect how one goes thru the migraine. I know fried food effects my breathing.
I have migraines since I was 13. There’re many things that triggers it, including exercise, heat, stress, pms and some foods. When I was in college I had migraines on one side of my face with severe swelling around my eye, and then I would have another migraine on the other side with swelling on the other side of the face. It was super scary! Had an MRI and all they found was sinus issues. I still have the migraines on one side of the face but without the swelling. When I’m about to get a migraine I get really clumsy and forgetful, and shave trouble concentrating and doing complex tasks. It can be so debilitating! I get migraines at least 6x a month, but usually more. I just started taking magnesium supplements to see if it helps. I was disappointed with Dr. Berg’s simplification of this problem, but I understand he’s not a doctor who specializes on this and don’t have all the knowledge he needs.
I suffer from migraines and was on medication for YEARS. I got tested for allergies and found that food allergies were causing most of my problems. I still get migraines a couple times a month, but I can always trace it back to eating something I wasn't supposed to! I never learn............. : )
YOU are a GEM - I have been so worried that I might have a tumor with icepick headache for days but having no gallbladder, having eaten a lot of nuts, no taking gallbladder formula, I feel very confident of the diagnosis - thanks so so much Doc.
I had my gallbladder and appendix removed when I was 14-15 years old due to digestive issues I was having, about 15+ years ago. I was also getting migraines, I cannot remember if they started before or after gallbladder, but pretty certain it was before..long time ago. Apparently my gallbladder was only working like 5% or something..My migraines are 3-5 times per week..sinus pressure and clicking in my sinuses and extreme neck and shoulder pain - in fact, I basically live with neck/shoulder pain now, regardless of migraine. Sometimes I can massage my migraine away and the pain will go straight to my neck...I'm at such a loss. I have a family with two children and I'm so afraid I won't be able to provide for them much longer, if my condition does not improve (it seems to only be getting worse). So many dreams and goals for myself. I've been down so many rabbit holes trying to solve this and I don't know what else to do. I'm going to try and treat my gallbladder, but I don't have one..I've been to 3 ENTs, 2 neurologists, 4 chiropractors and even went vegan and lost 25+ lbs. Nothing is helping. My question(s): If my gallbladder was removed, does that make the gallbladder more or less suspect? Is there any link to migraines and the removal of the gallbladder? Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you for the video! I have nothing to lose and I will give this a shot. Thanks again.
I've had chronic headaches due to a car accident for over 30 years. About three months ago I tried Blue Green Algae AFA capsules and this stuff works better then any medication taken all of those years.
I can relate to your experience. I was hopeless as doctors nor pharma couldn't help me up until one day a neighbor was visiting and she asked me if I wanted to pray to Jesus for healing, I said yes and I remember I was open to her faith, next day I woke up and for the first time I was pain free. A year later I came to the Lord and He has changed my life, His love is out of this world, His mercy and Grace can wash over us if we seek Him wholeheartedly. The car accident was an opportunity to learn the awesome power of prayer and healing. I hope this short message encourages you in your journey.
I have also heard that a very common cause for migraines is magnesium deficiency and that about 80% of Americans are deficient in magnesium. As a side-note and according to articles I've read, somehow one of the main ingredients in soft drinks (I forget which one; I don't drink them) depletes magnesium. Another side-note, calcium supposedly does not assimilate in the body unless there is sufficient magnesium. This nutrient does all kinds of good things for the body.
you are correct, most people are deficient in mag. I got tested a couple of months ago and my doctor was suprised that I was sufficient in mag and i dont usually take a supplement for it either. I eat a lot of veggies. I do have a magnesium gel that I occasionally rub into my muscles and I do epsom salt baths on occasion
If it's not in the soil, it won't be in the veggies. Most conventional farms just use 3 minerals, NPK , and our crops need to be replenished with 60 minerals. Limestone and dolomite are great cheap options for soils. But that's if you can grow your own stuff and there are ways to do the square foot gardening or window boxes or the garden tower for inside. It's fun, and cool to have your own lettuce and carrots and radishes etc growing. They are pretty easy.
I have been suffering from what I thought as well as the doctors I saw with "migraines." I had been using a mild senna supplement for many years (roughly 20). Yes, I knew that it should not be used for a prolonged period, but I did not think it could have such side effects. Well, about 9 hears ago I started developing headaches, mysterious as to what was causing it because I am a rather healthy person, eat well, exercise, etc. I recently had blood work done where it showed low blood sodium and low chloride levels. I started researching and of course dehydration (which constant senna use could have caused) was one of they causes. I immediately QUIT using senna. I have not had a headache for a whole week, which is quite amazing for me! I was rather stupid in doing this for so many years, but I really do think that the smallest amount (which I was using) -- 2 Swiss Kriss every evening was throwing off my electrolyte levels. I hope this might help someone else and for someone diagnosing headaches. I have been taking sumatriptan for many years which has also probably affected my kidneys. I am on the road to recovery. I hope this might help someone to figure out why they have headaches:)
Oh my goodness I suffer from crazy headaches lately....the gallbladder makes so much sense! Nuts and a spoonful of peanut butter are my go to quick snack when I'm short on time. Thank you!
OMG!!!! It works!!! 😊!! At first, I thought, how in the world would your gallbladder affect your head?? When I tried your demonstration, I couldn't believe how fast it worked!! Thank you doctor Berg!! You are amazing!!!
WOW! You're right! I used to have constant headaches and occasional migraines, but haven't had a single headache since my gallbladder was removed last year.
DEHYDRATION is a huge cause in healthy and unhealthy people. My son has gotten migraines since a child for failing to drink enough water. Plus heat and overexertion.
@@suzieparis6821 Suzie I can't stress enough that you can reverse your problems. Look up snake juice diet by Cole Robinson. It is free advice and he just wants to help people. Fasting is the answer
YES!!! It helped me! I woke up with a headache and this is very unusual for me! And the first thing I wanted to do is drink fresh lemon juice. So i did it and drink it. The headache was gone in 15 minutes, or so. It's just like a miracle. Now, thanks to you I understand it was my gallbladder! I ate lots of pistachios, a huge avocado, and eggs the day before and didn't feel good at all. Thank you, Dr.Berg. God Bless YOU
M Chawan hi, would you mind clarify what eating fatty food is? I know that Dr berg recommends ketogenic diet which is most fat intake. so how can this diet triggers headaches?
Váleri Rabello : migraine is a highly variable disease. Individuals can have very different triggers. For example, I get smashing migraines from nuts while my sisters (both migraineurs) can both eat any amount. My sister-in-law gets migraine attacks from red meat. I can eat any amount with no ill-effects.
Thank you,my head ache did go away when I pressed on my gallbladder .I have been following you since I found you and I'm trying to heal myself the right way now and trying to lose weight.
coincidentally, I had a headache a few days ago and thought, "Hmm, I wonder if Dr. Berg has a video up about headaches!" This information helps a lot!!
I narrowed my headaches and migraines to alcohol, caffeine, gluten, dehydration, lack of sleep and any combination of the above. It took me years to figure it out.
Great Great man!! I watched a video game review, and Boom, this video popped into the screen. Have no idea how it happen, but I'm glad it did. I ate peanut butter, for the last week, and I got horrible headaches, at first I thought sugar withdrawal, so I consume a little, no change. Kept on going, agonizing me. And I never had a serious headache, but this time, it was even after a slept, and don't know why or how, I suspected in the peanut butter(organic no sugar), and didn't touch it (I get it next to my pc) And headache gone, I was so afraid to get another episode, I didn't touch it. And now I know, that I eated too much, and I wanna let you know that, so you don't have to go through it. Thank you Dr berg for this, so much!
Thank you so much. This makes perfect sense. I have suffered from migraines since I was very young, I eliminated all kinds of food. Since starting keto, they are nowhere near as frequent and I haven't taken medication for a couple of weeks. I love your videos.
How i wish I had seen this video before! None of my doctors ever tell me any of this! I’ve actually been studying migraines on my own because I’ve been getting them for 25 years! It bursts and in nauseous I saw one of your videos on galbladder a couple years ago and started making changes on diet and it did help a little bit. My issue is I do have severe sinus and allergy issues and severe pms symptoms during menstrual circle that includes migraines with vomiting. Sometimes for three days! So I do need to look at all these possibilities and hopefully diminish or get rid of migraines for good! I do pray a lot and sometimes it does help!✨🌟👍🏼
This was very eye opening. I have a child who is forever getting headaches and I have taken him to the dr's and they have ruled out anything major, but never did I think that maybe it is his gallbladder acting up...
Dr. Berg… I am so blessed to find you here on TH-cam, I can not highly praise you enough for your teaching. I really do like how generally you just speaking on symptoms of illness/ailments and then boom so much explanations we just need to dig deeper and take your advices seriously. God bless
I used to get "right-sided migraines", really bad, the pain would even go down into my cheekbone & down the back of my neck. I started getting osteopathic adjustments for POTS and noticed my headaches becoming much less common. Now I can't even remember the last one! Highly recommend osteopathic treatments!!
Wow! Out of desperation I typed in headaches and the keto diet and I do watch Dr. Berg’s videos, and came across this one. Oh my word! I started the keto diet in January and for the first two months was wonderful. Then hit the three day headache from hell! And I have been dealing with them ever since. And seeing that it could be related to my gallbladder. I eat a lot of nuts every day. So this makes complete sense! I pressed in that area and it did greatly reduce the headache pain. Guess I need to cut back on the nuts for a while. Thanks Dr. Berg!
What sets a migraine apart isn't just "a worse headache".. migraines have symptoms most people with headaches never have, no matter how bad their headache gets. Also.. glaucoma and other eye problems. Air pressure.... Tumors are not painful until they get large enough to push on other things that cause the pain.
Dr Berg, Thanks so much for the information! I am having the same headache for the last 8 years. And I've been watching all your videos! I tried everything out of the medical world, and it was all waste. But doing a massage at the point you have told, put me out of these aches, especially the mid back ache, which I had due to indigestion, just a few days back! I've got the understanding about how important is the gall bladder in our system! Thank you so much Dr. Berg once again!!
Thank you for this! I have severe migraines, and woke up this morning feeling like one is coming up . I wake up with a stiffnes in the back, and after a few minutes i feel nausia in my stomach. The galblader test helped! So now i have a point to press at the dokters!!

I’m now monitoring my diet to identify what it is that is causing me headaches
I love this man’s advice 👍
Did you figure out what it is? I’ve been trying figure it out myself!
Yes, I'm in my PMS, and yes, I mean every word I said! :D
In my experience Dr. Berg has been on point with the information he has provided thus far. and I greatly appreciate the time and effort he puts into making these videos. Thank you Dr. Berg!
a real American hero,,,
I held pressure on the gallbladder area and noticed instant relief from my headache. Thank you for saving me all the testing I was about to go through.
Here in the Philippines, particularly in our province of Ilocos Norte, when we have headaches, old people will massage our stomach then the headache is gone.
wow

Thank you! Thank you 🙏🏻
Happy to help dude 🙂
I had headaches, muscle pains in the right side of the neck and the head for years. i have diagnosed with Hashimoto’s 2months ago and eliminated gluten and reduced sugar and changed diet to paleo for 2 weeks now and in that period no headaches. very good information bcs i have other gallbladder symptoms too.
Thank you 👏🏻
Spot on. I suffered for 11 years.. once i started doing coffee enemas and having my bile release they stopped, instant relief. Glad you're sharing this!!
Katie • is coffee enema really a thing?
Yes coffee enemas detox you body.
Wow! It worked! Thank you so much! Pressed gallbladder as you said, and headache lessened. Thank you.
Then a dessert with preservatives I’m sure, was not fresh ingredients- but I only ate a small amount
Wonder if enzymes would help next time?
Lewis Riches I used to take 1-2 teaspoons of Sicilian Sea Salt when I got headaches while on keto. Headaches cleared up in less than 5 minutes. I realized an electrolyte imbalance was causing it and increased my sodium intake to make up for what I was losing.
Same me. No migraine in Keto already 8 weeks. Except from white wine I had severe shooting in head.
Some of the things that I suspect that could be the reason for my occasional headaches are:
1) Eyestrain, like when texting or too much time on my mobile phone;
2) Too high pillow that keeps my head, neck or spine misaligned;
3) Constipation, gas or when I postpone having a bowel movement;
4) Oversleeping or lying in bed for an extended period of time;
5) Eating too much chocolates;
6) Not eating meals on time and getting too hungry.
🔴 *WHAT ABOUT EYE - RELATED.* Alot of people get headaches because of smart phones. The glare from screens, computers and electronic devices. Give your eyes a rest and the headache will go away.

True, that's why I bought blue light blocking glasses. They work great, no more screen time induced headaches.
I like how he is STRAIGHT to the point. Concise with no "jibber jabber"
Yes Please do a video on Gallbladder health +1
Just search on TH-cam for Dr Berg Gallbladder and you will find more videos on that subject...
I'm surprised they didn't already look before they asked him to do that. Smh people are so lazy these days, it amazes me everytime. It's only your hand that has to move to type words...hello!? I'm sorry if that's rude-ish, it's been a bad long few years 😂😒 😎
I have a headache right now and no Gallbladder
I have skipping heartbeats after the surgery. Comes and goes for months at a time. I notice it more sitting leaning to the left.
0:53 migraines also involve an aura which is extremely unpleasant , to say they're just a more severe type of headache is trivialising them
I used to have dreadful headaches. I was diagnosed with Antiphopholipid Syndrome ( a blood clotting disease). Once I took Warfarin to normalise my blood clotting, they went away.

100% Accurate!!
I get my migraines mainly on my left side any suggestions it occurs on a daily basis too I'm just so hopeless right now
Dr. Berg, Thanks so much. My friend suffers from migraines. I've shared this video. Thanks again.
Had headache while watching this, but at the time I pressed my gallbladder, immediately the HEADACHE gone . THANK YOU!
PSN UaEGHoST seriously?

Same... my mind was blown how fast pain cleared
Indeed, me too.. Press it and lost the burning pain in my neck during this video. The pain had been there for Days!!!!!
I'm so late and so upset about it. It worked instantly.
I too had 4 day migraines and stiff neck etc. for 15 years. No doctor ever solved the problem. It's my gallbladder for sure! Thank you Dr. Berg.
I suffer from migraines and was on medication for YEARS. I got tested for allergies and found that food allergies were
causing most of my problems. I still get migraines a couple times a month, but I can always trace it back to eating
something I wasn't supposed to! I never learn.............
: )
Susan Schmitz yes, artificial additives, preservatives, flavors, colors MSG--those cause migraines in me. Eating seeds, even strawberry seeds, causes diverticulosis/ constipation/ migraines.
I hope you are doing better now 🙏
I've had chronic headaches due to a car accident for over 30 years.
About three months ago I tried Blue Green Algae AFA capsules and this stuff works better
then any medication taken all of those years.
RealEstateInsider247 And boron (borax) is needed along with Mg, in extremely trace amounts. (NOT boric acid)
you are correct, most people are deficient in mag.
Omg pressing on gall bladder worked 100%. Thanks for sharing it.
I hope this might help someone to figure out why they have headaches:)
what kind of blood work showed this?
I pressed onto my gallbladder and I had immediate relief in my headache!! Thank you!
Wtf. Stop lying lol
I love that your solutions are so self empowering!
Oh my goodness I suffer from crazy headaches lately....the gallbladder makes so much sense! Nuts and a spoonful of peanut butter are my go to quick snack when I'm short on time. Thank you!

Fasting is the answer
double w He talks about dehydration in a video. You should watch it.
It's not dehydration for everyone I drank water plenty of times. Mine was coming from foods that have too much tyramine.
God Bless YOU
Woww, one of my friend has right sided migraine and caused due to eating fatty food. Homoeopathy helped. Now I know the real cause.. You are Soo good.
Great, I love listening to you doctor Berg, I trust your source of information and will continue listening, thanks alot, great food for thought.
coincidentally, I had a headache a few days ago and thought, "Hmm, I wonder if Dr. Berg has a video up about headaches!" This information helps a lot!!
Thanks Dr. Berg! That really does help. I've suffered from migraines for years.
Hey how are you do you still have migraines?
I haven't been getting them as much now. It's a big difference between then and now. Thanks for asking Sean Dale.
I was going to ask for some tips if you have any...
And I never had a serious headache, but this time, it was even after a slept, and don't know why or how, I suspected in the peanut butter(organic no sugar), and didn't touch it (I get it next to my pc)
And headache gone, I was so afraid to get another episode, I didn't touch it.
And now I know, that I eated too much, and I wanna let you know that, so you don't have to go through it.
Thank you Dr berg for this, so much!
What if you have chronic intractable vestibular and ocular migraines with auras and no gall bladder?
Thank you so much. This makes perfect sense. I have suffered from migraines since I was very young, I eliminated all kinds of food. Since starting keto, they are nowhere near as frequent and I haven't taken medication for a couple of weeks. I love your videos.
Oh God..bless this man
How i wish I had seen this video before! None of my doctors ever tell me any of this! I’ve actually been studying migraines on my own because I’ve been getting them for 25 years! It bursts and in nauseous
I saw one of your videos on galbladder a couple years ago and started making changes on diet and it did help a little bit.

This Dr is Amazing. THANKS FOR SHARING.
Dr Berg, you are a total treasure to humanity, and to me personally.
Great video!
I have found that sometimes I get a headache when I am a little dehydrated. I drink some water and it goes away.
I’ve read that magnesium deficiency will cause migraines too and taking supplements will help.
This is incredibly interesting and helpful. Love the knowledge from these videos.
Dr. Berg… I am so blessed to find you here on TH-cam, I can not highly praise you enough for your teaching. I really do like how generally you just speaking on symptoms of illness/ailments and then boom so much explanations we just need to dig deeper and take your advices seriously. God bless
Thanks, for clearing this up for me, Dr. Berg. I recently had pain below my right rib cage, so it must've been a gall bladder related headache.
I think you should have included dehydration/mineral imbalance as well.
I’m following several but you’re to the point , more info in little time , nailing it , saving time , thank you for making it possible !
Such a good explanation !! Thank you Doctor!!! love your videos. I'm a Fitness coach and I'm learning so much from you
Watching this while fasting for Ramadan 😫

Omg this was so on point. My chiro said it was my gallbladder and sinuses 5 years ago so I changed what I ate and they decreased by 75%
Awesome explanation with very good research over headaches. Thank you very much, Doctor.
