@@JayJugg-hs7zh I couldn’t access windows security without the security health folder, so I downloaded an anti virus, and deleted severe files. When i restarted my pc, the folder was still empty but I could access my windows security. It turned out I had a Trojan virus, idk if this helps, sorry.
