Try Repairing Windows
Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one-
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart.
Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan
sfc /scannow
Restart.
Windows Updates-
Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.

Bro, I wanna thank you at first. My PC was freezing every other time and stopped functioning. I could force it to shut down and opening becomes impossible. When an I watched and implemented majority of your tutorials, It worked like for a week, and it's down again, it can't open even when I force it, what should I do?
