I have had my street for a year now and love every minute of it great bike
the stock exhausts are 4.8kg each , about 10kg both,
the Arrow titanium are about the half weight.
about 5kg both
six weeks i pick up my 2010 street triple r in phantom black with gold wheels.
Plus with a ton of add on can't wait.:-)
I'm buying mine tomorrow!!!! SOOOOOO EXCITED!!! EEEEE!
do you still have it?
One of the best-looking bikes out there right now, imo.
beautiful bike,
Very good bike and a good review
picked it up two weeks ago cant fault it love it to bits.
I test rode one yesterday..18th April..1 hour of sheer pleasure..(you don`t get that very often)
Deposit paid..can`t wait to pick it up!!
Gorgeous
beautiful bike
im not a brit but i like your triumph bikes ;-)
@wwfww No - the standard bike (2011 and 2012) is 105 bhp as listed. This video was created in 2008, so its not up to date.
@icepray I tried xb12 long and a street triple. Went for the Triumph, more comfortable, cheaper insurance and better residuals if you ever have to part with it.
This is my wet dream. I want one.
in matt black with the standard exhausts-the mutts!!!!!
so will i. one day, this bike will be mine
i don't know how is moto market in yours country but in my there isn't many Triumph's, but i love that bikes uf i want it,Triumph have soul,i can't describe it its more then a bike
yea spot on.. why not?
Yes, I think it is the other way around, the titanium arrow cans are 4 kilos lighter than the oem
@YarekBalear oh ok, thank you!
@HornoRiggy Maybe he meant at the wheel.
Test riding one tomorrow... yeehah!
Tomorrow I got my Street!!!
there is also a 106 bhp model, right?
The exhaust adds 4kgs? I didnt know Titatium was heaver then steel. Strange...
@MrBolhoed and when ABS is mandatory then we'll be looking at training wheels. Training riders properly beyond the legal minimum rather than removing responsibility would be progress.
@mouse743 looooooooooool! i just thought the same when i saw them
I. WANT. ONE.
a work of fucking art.
forget a bandit, this is the fucking best!!!
got it?
106 at engine
96 at rear wheel
Took one for a test ride and also a speed triple. Big big mistake now I can't decide which I want to Buy.
what is the difference between this and the not "r" version look the same have the same motor and brakes... why buy this???
@SuperKawaz750 thank goodness they did not put abs on it, it's not what the bike is about.
Why bad? What are his mistakes?
@joshiscool1989 i own a bandit and agree entirely with this statement lol
it's actually 107 bhp not 96
oh no! this is my dream bike...what was the ultimate 'price' after all their bullshit?
After it was all said and done, it would have cost me almost $15,000 in Canadian Dollars, not sure where you're from, but if you're not from Canada, then use a currency converter online so you'll get the picture.
@mouse743 Like roasting weenie, right?
nope! the deal fell threw because the dealership starting throwing in all these bullshit fees and such and I basically walked away. I ended up buying a Ducati Monster instead.
why did'nt they make this bike everyones dream by putting an abs system???
this is the only thing i do not like about this diamond!!!
i am in love...!!!
The lack of answers actually says a lot about the Street Triple reliabilty;) I'm going with the Monster 796. Anyway, thanks!
Because ABS is heavy
no, the triumph (as every producer does) declares 10-15 hp more than the real ones....
@mouse743 :S
squid...
all his facts r pretty much wrong
oh my god, boring sound *Zzzzz*
My bandit with a BOS exhaust has a better sound...
