I teach special ed and my 4 students with autism are entranced by their videos! They show little interest to things that aren't cartoons - looks like we've hit the jackpot with these guys!

The most impressive thing I find in OK Go's videos is how they are now probably the worlds leading experts in getting massively complex scenes to line up with audio. The planning that's gone into this so they can comfortably speed up/slow down the frame rate and use the minute spaces between the time sections to make up/loose time is amazing. And then the beautifully simple set design to hide the transition between takes after the "4.2secs" and the walk out. Its like a good magic trick. Its just as/more impressive if you spot how they're doing it :)
Yes, they did everything possible to do it all practically, and when the laws of physics didn't allow it, they used math to make up the time. It's genius and sweat, start to finish. Trying to think of another creative group with the same grasp of time and technical complexity, I can only think of Jim Henson's Muppets. ("Emmet Otter", "The Dark Crystal").

These videos are more than just entertainment for me. I view them all as amazing works of art that should never be forgotten. You guys have forever cemented yourself in history as some of the greatest music artists of this world and I believe you will never be forgotten. My Mom was a music artist as well and passed away several years ago. I'm so proud I can still hear her voice to this day through her work. With music, you will always live. With your videos, we all live. Thank you.
