      Yes, as a baseline, performing at a professional level night after night, show after show can be taxing and exhausting. I'm just saying that Andy signed up to be in a band, not an astronaut (the closest equivalent experience).
      He obviously hated the plane rides and was very happy it was "over" only to find out they had to go again. That would be terribly frustrating. But, for the good of the video and his band mates, he sucked it up and pushed on. That's going above and beyond the call of Rock 'n Roll. :)

      Props to Andy cause I can totally imagine getting hella sick of that. Going once would be like "wow!" but after weeks of doing it and thinking it's over... then having to do one more? Just dang. Seriously. Good work was awesome.

    You can see Andy's heart just *_dying_* at 13:31 when he sees the paint get on the camera. And Dan's trying to be optimistic but Andy's just "There's nothing we can do about that at the end, is there." I don't know what to say...Andy deserves some true respect right there for going through for the last flight.

    • @Allie-w1l
      @Allie-w1l 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@connor48880 I am not sure I agree with that, because Andy works out. He has said so, and his physique makes it clear that he does strength training (eg. in the white polo shirt in the White Knuckles video) so he would have more weight from muscle. Damian may have been the lightest. Anyway, Andy's reaction to gravity or the anti-nausea meds was probably more physiologically specific.

      There is no significant stress on the plane. All jet aircraft are designed within a boundary of expected loads, and these parabolic curves are well within them. The plane is not fighting forces, it's flying with them.

      A plane is designed to withstand something like this. Recently the Airbus A300 Zero G was retired and is now preserved as Cologne Bonn Airport. At it's place is now an A310.

    Thank you so much for this video. The original music video is just so amazing, but all through it I couldn't help wondering how it was done, knowing you only get about 20 seconds of zero gravity time per dive. I'm still amazed that they executed that many parabolas one after the other. It must have been really expensive and very nauseating. But now I know how it's done, I can go back and watch the video again and enjoy the sheer spectacle.

    I loved the music video, the concept, the behind the scenes but in the final product, we all know what really fucked them up.
    That one green suitcase that got into the last guy's seat.
