I recommend purchasing a wall-mounted pull-up bar with an additional dip station for dips and leg raises for everyone thinking about calisthenics. This option is pretty expensive and hard to set up but is more durable and won't damage your door like a doorway pull-up bar. Additionally, consider investing in resistance bands, which are extremely versatile and suitable for various exercises, despite the risk of snapping over time. Lastly, consider gymnastic rings as an effective and versatile tool, although they may be challenging to set up at home. But they are absolutely worth buying.
I mean in that case you can just get a pull up & dip station/tower, if you're worried about damaging your door frame why damage your wall by mounting stuff on it? Unless you don't have the space for a pull up station.
I could only use the doorway pull-up bar not the ones that hook on to anything because your door frame has to be a particular thickness. My door frame in my apartment is really thin it doesn't bulge out so I couldn't like you know attach it without it falling off
I noticed in this video that you have the Fit Home Gym and I have a few questions about it, I am surprised that for the price, the middle bar doesn't have any padding like most free standing stations have plus, is it sturdy enough to perform pulling band exercises without tipping or leaning?
You can adjust the angle by standing more upright to make it easier (take a step or two forwards while holding the rings). Using bands around your waist is another to regress them
A effective and cheap option for a dip bar is a granny walker. Tennis balls on the feet might make it extra stable
Never thought of that, great idea🫡
Wow. Very detailed explanations. Really appreciate how you make it accessible to beginners with limited budget 👍
A wall mounted pull up bar and rings have served me well.
Olympic rings are a must
They are so easy to set up on a tree , goalposts, playground. Wish I had bought them earlier.

Do you think like dip bars are worth it. It seems like it's 50/50 some people say it's really useful.

You guys use equipment in calisthenics 🤔🤷
How would you train your back without some kind of equipment?
