Hello friends! I usually spend the first 15 minutes after a video uploading answering comment questions, but I'm trying to build a computer right now and would like to get it done today.
If you want to watch me livestream it and yell at me for my stupid mistakes, I'll be live in a few minutes at: www.hybridcalisthenics.com/twitch
I've never done this before. Wish me luck! With the new computer, I'll be able to edit and produce content a lot quicker, hopefully.

Reminds me of my English lessons - Shakespeare used to start his plays by giving the audience the basic plot and the ending (or just the ending). This is a complete ‘spoiler’, but it obviously was not a bad thing, shown by how well he’s known now. It had the same affect as this does - you want to find out how he got to that conclusion, the details etc. I think this still happens nowadays with films, indirectly. We all KNOW at the bottom of our hearts that the good guys will win, but we have no idea how and they do a good job of making it seem impossible, which makes the final win 10x better. Maybe I’m talking rubbish but there’s my thoughts

as a mechanically inclined person, I thought this whole review was quite interesting. it's really tough to find a product perfectly designed to do what it claims to do. the supply and manufacturing processes usually cause deleterious changes in good designs...if the design ever was good to start with.

I figured I would add my experience with BASEBLOCKS. I purchased the B-Bars from them and have not had any issues described in the video. The product came neatly packaged for me with all the parts included and a set-up manual with a link to their workout site to see what exercises were possible in the bars. I also didn't have any issue setting them up like Hampton stated, they do have quite a snug fit, but mine still slide pretty easily, unlike the sticking mentioned here. Overall, I think this is an excellent review of the product received. I would like to include that, from my experience, the issues mentioned in the video don't seem consistent except for the price, which was quite expensive. Overall, I hope this will add to people's insight and decision-making regarding whether to purchase their products. Like always, great review, Hampton! I look forward to seeing more reviews and fitness tutorials!

I do a lot of traveling, and not being able to use door frames for fear of damage keeps me from being able to run with your whole routine. That's expansive, no matter what and where. The Material in there isn't really expansive, I would be genuinely shocked if the material and manufacturing would const any more then 50$. Propably closer to 20, 30$.

This is literally just a half version of the bar handles dancers, ballet, and yoga uses.
My nieces dance studio has these and have an outside version.

Thank you for this video, you saved me lots of money and time! I can tell this material is no different than a cheap all in one workout set. They just have good marketing...I want the B-Bars if anything but for the price i can just buy $100 set of the same thing and just put a cross brace bar on the legs and it will be the B-Bars...because most alternatives dont have a fully connected base but thats easy to take care of.

Just a suggestion: i really like the way you were up front and succinct with your opening. Could you potentially clip that and add it as a short for future products? I think that'd be a great way to do it. Thanks, you're the best Hampton

Everyone here watching a 22 minute video on something they're probably not in the market for because it's a nice guy who didn't want us to watch for 22 minutes.
Also I will say, I have a similar pullup bar as at 17:30, similar in concept at least but maybe a slightly more advanced/expensive version? It works really well for me, I have sturdy doorframes so had no issue getting it tightened properly, being able to place it lower to the ground or higher up for different exercises is really useful. And it feels really solid to me, it never moves or turns or anything like that, so for me it's a really good purchase as it does the same thing as this BASEBAR does for a fraction of the price, but yes, it does require proper doorframes.
Believe the brand is a 'B-Physic
