I think everyone would like to see a head to head with the current Light Heavyweight Champion: The Kaabo Mantis King GT. I’m surprised you didn’t include it in this review 🤷♂️ I’m guessing it’s because the Mantis beats the Klima in every department except acceleration? Come on ESG, let’s get it on 🛴⚡️🛴
@@richfromtang nope. they didn't say the Vsett is a "30mph escooter". They just talked about 0-30mph times. The Vsett locking mechanism gets loose over time and annoying to lock after that. It also has a little length of stem under the clamp that flexes a lot. It also has crappy suspension that makes it feel like a bucket of bolts over 30mph. It also has a really high weight... well the nami is the same there... it also has a really abrupt throttle. It also has really awkward shaped bars, and a bad wobble even at over 26mph that necessitates a steering damper. V10+ is overrated I feel. I would recommend the Dualtron Victor Luxury+ over the Vsett every time. Lighter, bigger battery, faster top speed, longer range, more comfort, better turn signals, better headlight and horn, better steering geometry with more rake, better build quality.

As my 2nd scooter (1st being Segway G65 Max) I found this a accurate and great review. I ordered the Klima Max and received the standard Klima 25Ah by mistake and can say still very pleased. Build quality is every good as my Segway just with more customizability. This fits my needs pretty well as I commute to work and back weekdays which is a 22km commute though I'm eyeing that Burn E 2 Max as my next muse.
I test rode this at the Fluid freeride location in Brooklyn and it is FUN to ride. Its so nimble, so fast, so easy to maneuver around and SUPER COMFY. I think I'm getting the Burn-e Max 2 because its more visible, and has better range and speed
I have the 30ah max, it's really nice and plenty powerful for my 210 lbs, it pulls my 210 lbs up my long, VERY steep driveway at 30mph before I run out of room and not even in X mode. I wouldn't want more top speed on the 10" wheels personally. You do have to remove the rear wheel and fender assembly for rear shock pre-load adjustment, be gentle with the screws for rear fender, they drilled and tapped the swingarm (aluminum) for mounting, so be careful not to crossthread. It does need a deck latch, badly. Mine had a faulty brake switch on left side, replacement is on the way. Now, that thumb throttle has got to go, lots of dead zone and just awkward for me, I'm a longtime motorcycle guy so maybe I'll get used to it but I'm looking for a better throttle at the moment. Now, more of a question here, my steering is stiff, not unlike the Weped GT I had, is this a design thing for stability? I am constantly having to self correct the steering after turning the bars, I'd like to disassemble and re-torque the steering stem for better/smoother movement, I'd also like to see what kind of grease they used, their thread locker on the rear axle looked a little suspect so I'm hoping they at least used good quality grease for the steering. All this being said, it's a pretty darn nice scoot but needs a little fine tuning to get the best out of it.
Thank you so much for the great and thorough review of this gorgeous beast. I'm picking my Klima up this Thursday and this review has me giddy with excitement!! 🤘🤘

I would completely ignore the motor rating of almost all scooters and instead look at peak power. With 40A per motor and a peak voltage of around 67V you're looking at 40 x 67 x 2 = roughly 5,400 Watts all together. -Paul
thats just the "nominal power" as long as there isnt some standard to wich All motors are tested for rating, it doesnt matter since every manufacturer can have a different opinion, for example a "3000W" QS205 can actually handle 15 000W and way more with modifications, without standardized testing the nominal power rating dont really mean much.
This scooter looks so stylish and fun, but the slightly heavier weight and the sub par range bring it down. Mantis King GT still looks as the best choice in this class.
the range is what made pick the mantis as well. 2800$ for a scooter thay does only 25miles isnt good at all. ive seen mantis real life average 35-45miles.
Nice review Mitchell. And nice to see some new talent at ESG. As for the scooter, it looks like Nami fans will be happy with it. The dead zone at the beginning of travel on a scooter with sine wave controllers is disappointing. And the lack of a locking stem is going to make carrying this thing around challenging. If you can live with those limitations it’s probably a good enough scooter. But I’d like to see more scooters that use all custom parts rather than recycling the same low quality plastic parts we keep seeing in the cockpits of multi-thousand dollar scooters. This products feels like it got a good start but then ran out of money before they could finish designing it so they went with existing components for anything that they couldn’t afford to design themselves. In 2023 I’m hoping we see better than this.

@@michaelsha2781 @Electric Scooter Guide. Based on the battery size of 1800ah, I am expecting range of 40-45 miles in ECO mode. That is assuming that average consumption for 60v scooter with similar specs is 40AH/mile (which is what ESG got with Mantis king and vsett). I am surprised this was not explained more in this review. This may steer people to concluded that NAMI Klima has low range. Great scooter, I am considering upgrading to it from my Vsett 10+.

Klima - "Climber" not Kleema. Named for the wheel's climbing ability. Makes sense right? :) Happy to eat my words if proven wrong but I believe that is the right pronunciation of the name. Thanks for the review regardless! Nice work.

I really like the Nami product. I am in the market to purchase a scooter and I was originally looking at the Klima. However I do like the Burn e and feel it may be better suited to my needs. I do want to use this to commute and I am thinking I may have distance anxiety with the Klima.....?? I way 225lbs and would require a round trip distance of 25-28 miles in stop and start traffic so turbo mode isn't really something I will be using and top speeds will be 25-30MPH. @@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide Hello Vosk, for the future range test on the nami, please do not turn on the turbo, as it will take double the energy to run the scooter at any speed, the result of the range test could be changed quite a lot
@Michael Sha I 'pre-ordered' a 25Ah Klima from Fluid. 😁 Fluid tell me stock should arrive mid June and they hope the brake sensor issue is fixed, but can't check before delivery - if it isn't, I'll have to let them know and they will send replacement sensors. A few questions: 1) Do you have a firm date when Fluid will receive their new Klima 25Ah stock? 2) Will Fluid's new Klima stock still have the brake sensor problem? 3) Any other changes we can expect on this new Klima stock like NFS or a deck-to-stem latch to help with carrying the scooter, or Hybrid tires? Thanks.
I got 25 miles of hill ride (up and down 2/3 of the time) with 50% battery left on klima max. Not sure how much the (not needed) turbo mode costs in terms of range but the klima can for sure do a LOT more if you ride conservative and don't use turbo
@@ralfhalbknapp1104 turn on the turbo will cost about double for the battery for the same speed that scooter goes, so it is about half of the range if the turbo is always on
@@paulinabergmyna2188 I think it will still reach maximum speed, although it may take slightly longer to get there than it would with a lighter person. Range might be slightly impacted, so the higher battery option is ideal.

Is there an advantage to go with the LG batteries?
Long term it’s a better battery but most people don’t keep their scooters long enough to have battery issues.
Is the reported real-world mileage accurate with 26-0lb/120kg. i sometimes have a heavy backpack which would put me over the weight. I assume the the milage would take a hit
Is there any reason this is getting nearly 15 miles less range on the range test than the Mantis king GT? The MAX version which is the version here, and the mantis king gt seem to have simular watt yours and battery size as well as xobtrollere. 15 miles is a huge difference.
Speed during the range test was 4mph faster average speed and Klima is most likely pushing out more amps.
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide why was the average speed faster by so much, the Mantis king tops put at 45 on flat
Nice, beefy scoot! Might consider it! Great first review! Any word on the Vista range test and ride review!? 😊
Hey it’s coming soon! Stay tuned. -Vosk
I just got my Nami Klima Max and I love it but I wonder how it compares to the Teverun Fighter 11, could you guys review this would love to see this soon.
No plans to review the teverun currently!
Just ordered one since my talaria is not legal... i hope this nami gonna be better than my dualtron victor
Hi , i live in Belgium.. do u have any idea on how much the shipping cost going to be if i buy from the link below ? Thanks in advance
They should give you a quote at checkout
If you think that scooter is fun, wait until the US and ESG get s their hands on the NAMI Blast. Awesome review 👍😁
That will be an amazing review for sure! -Vosk
Hi, would like to know the height of top of deck from the ground
Not sure but it’s enough clearance!
Rear lights are sick as! Love the look.
Man I think it looks super cool too! I heard new versions coming out with a new tail light which I think looks horrible.
Would you choose this or s king mantis?
You honestly can’t go wrong with either! -Vosk
This or Mantis King GT?
You honestly can’t go wrong with either! Both are excellent. -Vosk
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide same question, what model you will buy?
hello does anyone have a link to the brake pads for klim?? Thank you
Try the fluidfreeride site! Should be there.
Hello! Between the Klima and the Mantis King Gt Pro, which one is the superior machine you think? Thx! PS: Im talking about reliability, range, ride feeling, I dont care about the price. Also if you believe there is another machine that is superior to those two (Rs5+ maybe!?) please let me know, Thx !!!!
Klima is an excellent choice. The phantom/RS5 is also a good contenders if you want to spend a little less.
How would you compare this to the solar ff lite?
Both are solid but this one we like better!
@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide does the 25ah actually get 50 miles or at least close to that..
Does anyone know when the Nami Blast we come to the US?
Should be shortly! We will review it
You say the height of the scooter is 136cm when in official manual of Klima is 123 cm... Asking for my height because im 173 cm and im wondering which one is true and if the scooter will fit me
You should be fine! -Vosk
No deck latch? How are you supposed to carry it?
Many scooter don’t latch! Not so uncommon. -Vosk
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide That's nuts, how am I supposed to carry this up 3 flights of stairs?
@@gswaan unfolded, just pick it up. The problem here is that the rear footrest is not the best grip which bothers me more then the missing latch.
wonder whats better this or the solar ff lite
Both are good scooters! This is a bit zippier off the line. You can use code RIDERGUIDE100 for $100 off the Klima or RIDERGUIDE10 for 10% off the FF lite if you would like.
Just bought this one as my first upgrade from a NIU scooter cant wait!
Awesome! Enjoy your new ride. -Vosk
Do you like it?
Thanks for the video. Do you need Damper ?
Dampeners are very beneficial! -Vosk
Is there any issues with the scooter after so many months?
We have not had any issues! -Vosk
You said the Roadrunner RS5 is the only model available with removable battery, you are wrong, I have the Obarter D5 also with a removable battery...
Only model we have reviewed!
Klima - "Climber" not Kleema. Named for the wheel's climbing ability. Makes sense right? :) Happy to eat my words if proven wrong but I believe that is the right pronunciation of the name. Thanks for the review regardless! Nice work.
Thanks for stopping by! Stay Safe -Vosk
Well the guy who designed and built the scooter pronounces it "Kleema". Search up Michael Sha on TH-cam, he has lots of helpful videos on all the scooters he makes and is very active in the community.
@@paradyme Ooo Interesting! Well, let me eat my words. Always happy to be proven wrong. I've heard it pronounced Climber numerous times and thought, "makes sense!" but if that's the way Michael Sha pronounced it, then it shall be so! Always keen to learn. :)
Very good review!
Glad you enjoyed it! -Vosk
When I click on the 30AH Klima link in your description it links me to fluid's site which is fine, but when I enter the code, it just drops the price from 2999 to 2799. doesn't the code drop the price from 2799 to 2699? Thanks
It should lower it by $100 off the normal price! -Vosk
Should be $2699 after our code RIDERGUIDE100 -Vosk
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide thanks i'll try again.
I'm just thinking the burn e maybe the better option.....You are obviously more an expert....CAn you give me any suggestions or guidance. Nami is the brand I wish to purchase. Thanks !
For that range you would need the Nami Burn-E 40AH to not have range anxiety. Unless you can charge it at work. If yes the Klima should be fine. -Vosk
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide my budget would have to be the 72V 28Ah. Would that work without recharging at work?
Please make review for nami blast max
Will do our best thank you!
The boosted rev that should have been and way more better !
It had been potential for sure!
Thank you ESG
Our pleasure! Great scooter you designed. -Vosk
A few questions:
1) Do you have a firm date when Fluid will receive their new Klima 25Ah stock?
2) Will Fluid's new Klima stock still have the brake sensor problem?
3) Any other changes we can expect on this new Klima stock like NFS or a deck-to-stem latch to help with carrying the scooter, or Hybrid tires?
Thanks.
Thank you for the review. Somewhat expensive for 25 miles of range and 10" tires.
It’s pretty zippy and compact for what it is. It’s a very good value to be honest. -Vosk
Completely agree. I was expecting more but great review.
I got 25 miles of hill ride (up and down 2/3 of the time) with 50% battery left on klima max. Not sure how much the (not needed) turbo mode costs in terms of range but the klima can for sure do a LOT more if you ride conservative and don't use turbo
@@ralfhalbknapp1104 Is there a big difference in acceleration and top speed between turbo and non-turbo mode?
@@ralfhalbknapp1104 turn on the turbo will cost about double for the battery for the same speed that scooter goes, so it is about half of the range if the turbo is always on
I have 95 kilos so what can be maximum speed with me ? (I prefer Nami Klima 30AH Battery Version)
Awesome! Enjoy your ride. -Vosk
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide What ? can u answer me ?
@@paulinabergmyna2188 I think it will still reach maximum speed, although it may take slightly longer to get there than it would with a lighter person. Range might be slightly impacted, so the higher battery option is ideal.
Indicators and horn should be on the left, not the right
That can be easily moved around for preference! Thanks for stopping by. -Vosk
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide that’s good to know. I def like mine on the left
Will there be a review on the Nami Blast?
Yes there will be!
Nice review! One question I had was about the security. Are there any theft preventative measures that come with this?
We would not leave it unattended anywhere. Thieves find ways. -Vosk
you can lock the display with a 4 digit pincode
@@IchDropNix Cool! Thanks!
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide I saw a TH-cam review where the unboxing part showed an NFC card that comes with it. Maybe that's the newest models? I ordered one and also ordered the lock they recommended. So, we'll see.
I own Klima. I do not recommend it if you want to install a steering damper. I prefer blast(more stable without damper) or burn e.
Why what's wrong with it..?
@@Steven-qm1xo I experience speed wobble on Klima and it is not designed to install a steering damper.
How long have you had it ?
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide since Feb 7.
@@Steven-qm1xo I quite fixed the problem the solution is upgrade it to a longer handle bar. And tweak the suspension rebound and preload. It takes a while to calibrate the suspension it also depends on the weight of the rider. The important thing is the front suspension is not too soft or bouncy so making it balanced as possible.
Does anybody know what the tyres are please?
CMT tires
Nice presentation of Klima - im still awaiting for mine to be delivered. Just sold Vsett 10 and I hope Nami will deliver better and I will have smaller scooter next to my Burne Max.
But that comparison with Roadrunner which is nothing else but Kiring G3 Pro painted blue for which the price is around 1200 usd and you are showing blue version for 2300...this is ripp off.
That Roadrunner is not even close to Nami.
Great review Mitch, about to drop a cool $3030 AUD for a Klima Max currently on special to compliment my 2022 Apollo City Pro.
Waiting for the Phantom replacement (A11?) come Q2/3 2025 in Australia will be too long a wait.
where did you order your klima max from for that price in australia?
are you gonna test the Nami Blast! It looks Awesome
Yes we are! Stay Tuned. -Vosk
Unfortunately they dont ship world wide, hope to see upcoming video that ships world wide to Arabian gulf, thank you
Hopefully that will change soon!
Look like the perfect replacement for my commuting (customised) ghost 🤔
Nami kilma vs dualtron victor luxury?

Ok, PLEASE guys, I need your help here!! Since the release of this review, I'm trying to decide which scooter to buy, but after 1 month dedicating my spare time to this, I JUST CAN'T DECIDE! Vsett 10+ 25.6Ah with the new display/throttle, OR this new Nami Klima 25Ah. They are exactly the same price. Does anyone have (or have tried) both scooters to help me with this?!
Wow! That’s tough. Raw performance: Klima all the way. But the Vsett has nice build quality and I think it’s a fair amount lighter. -Paul
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide thanks Paul!! The official information I got, is that both weight in exactly 79 lb, but it might not be precise. Do you think the Klima lags behind in build quality? I mean, Nami did a phenomenal job with the Burn-E
If batman had a canoe lol. Nami rocks it could just look a bit more futuristic.

Very nice video:) Thx:)
review also the segway p100s and p65.

They won't because they can't lie and con people into buying it to make them money.
It's in the detailing that lets it down.
The speed/performance is amazing! -Vosk
Where's Paul? Who's this guy? Is it bring your kid to work day at ESG?
Just kidding, good video I'm just use to seeing Paul
Ha ha! I'm still here! We've scored Mitchell from RK9 Rides! So we'll be covering a lot more scooters! -Paul
Really wish it had split rims. Changing a single tire has made me forswear typical tubeless design.
