I started learning the float serve when I can do overhead serve. I transitioned from a stationary float serve to a jump float and man, my opponents were nervous everytime I get to the service line because of my float serve. I practiced it literally hundred times a day everyday to the moment I can perfectly deliver my serves without worries of it going out. It’s such a satisfying feeling when you see players who receive jump explosive serves well but struggles with a simple float serve. I am now practing jump serve so I can have 3 options of service based on what type of opponent teams we have. I’d say, float serve is underrated but it’s one of the best options there is. IT IS WORTH ALL THE TIME AND EFFORT!

It's true! It's ridiculous because the girls in my club can mostly receive an adult topspin serve without problems, but I still make aces with my floated serve LOL
