    This is fantastic for home theater projector rooms. I'm sharing this to my wife and brother.

    Thanks for a wonderful informative video ,you done it again. I have a big window 34.75 " x 82" do you think it would be likely over $500 ?

      I see these as being a great investment for the home and the price is more around the $1k range.

    These look amazing. What is the width of the battery housing, top bracket? Other brands have a very large housing which I haven't liked for inside mount shades. Also, do you think light filtering is enough to protect wood floors from sunlight? Great video.

      Yeah these would do a great job in block harsh sun rays. The width depends on your window width but I think you are asking for how deep they are into the window which is only 3" from the front of the shade to the back of the bracket.

    What cable is used to pre-wire for lutron shades?

    I was going to balk at batteries, but 2+ years is impressive 😂

      It is incredibly impressive. The roller shades I think will even last longer than that.

    How much did these cost you?

    3x5 window starting price $636
    Do you happen to know of any shades similar to this under $200 by chance? Well informed video btw.

      That price is certainly hard to find but I'll keep my eye open for options.

    What’s the difference between the architectural honeycomb shades and the standard ones?

    • @TechWithBrett
      @TechWithBrett  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Architectural Honeycomb have wider slats, a different top rail design and a new headrail that doesn't allow light to leak through the top. You see the standard version here: th-cam.com/video/bH4N3nmV5k0/w-d-xo.html

    These are great but so expensive. I know this can be considered an investment in the home, but if it's several thousand dollars to do your windows, I can't see getting that investment back when it comes time to sell. So that's a big investment that you can't take with you to your new home. Wish I was sponsored.
