I'm very monogamous. I respect people who are poly and enter into poly relationships, cause it's hard work and requires a lot of ongoing communication, trust and respect to be healthy and sustainable. I honestly couldn't do it myself, but I have a lot of respect for people who can.
Myself on the other hand, I have 0 respect for someone who lives a hedonistic lifestyle of self pleasure over all. I have 0 respect for the misuse of gay marriage as something you can just invite others into and I have 0 respect for the horrific household for which they may bring in a child. In the islands there are a lot of poly couples, it's more common than you think. Depending on the way you're brought up, you can understand or not understand, agree or disagree, but you cannot use that bias as a justification to discriminate.

It’s inevitable and completely human. That’s why I don’t see how polyamory is sustainable. Every video I’ve seen, the group have obvious jealousy issues. I’m not saying it can’t work - obviously, it can. I just think that *most* of the time, it’s a situation where one person is selfish and narcissistic and the other is an insecure attachment type, so they’re willing to allow another person into the relationship to appease the other even though they aren’t totally in to it. Oops!
The more I have known and been in the lives of poly people the more I have come to understood how some people can and should be in these types of relationships. But there are certainly limits and I would say some people aren’t made for polyamory. For others, There are some who are naturals and just meant to share and receive love from multiple people.
