- Are you losing HDR, FPS, resolution, or just plain struggling to route your AUDIO from your gaming PC to your streaming PC? This is the ULTIMATE guide to not only connecting but also some of the technical difficulties you MAY encounter and how to troubleshoot them.
In this video, I walk you through THREE DIFFERENT SIMPLE METHODS to route your audio from your gaming PC to your streaming PC. I have also discovered a way to eliminate LEGACY auxiliary cords for an ENTIRELY DIGITAL SOLUTION.
METHOD #1: Astro MixAmp with stream port

Ffs how do u capture your desktop where all the icons lay on your extended screen if I do like you said I play the game and capture card just displays empty windows screen on obs or capture app.
I am confused, which part of the set up are you referring to?
@Atreides_Gaming Nvm i figured running 2 obs at the same time both main pc and second pc but it's seems losing a bit picture quality that way. Thanks for the reply 👍
Hey @innerGi, I have never lost picture quality using this method, just make sure that you are stream settings are all jacked up high enough on your main pc before you mirror on OBS
In my case I have an usb headset with a built in microphone (Logitech G Pro X). I don't have a mixer/mixamp/audio interface. How to send the audio from gaming pc to streaming pc and vice versa?
Hey @rodo9k, thanks for watching. Please reference in my video the 3rd set up option, this method does not require a mixer/mixamp/audio interface of any kind! It utilises the Line IN/Line OUT ports on your PCs with a basic AUX cord. But make sure you purchase the ground loop isolator and be very careful you plug in the correct ports as they are not grounded. Let me know how you go!
