    I was having some trouble recently calming manifestation.guide the voices in my mind during my morning meditation. him has a wonderful Scottish accent and a very calming voice. Thanks to his meditation CD's I have gotten back on track and feel a big difference in my meditation practice.

    This is the first time during meditation, and I’ve been practicing for nearly 2 years, that I understood my body is a vessel for my soul and I felt a love for myself and my body. I saw it like my child that I want to look after and love, unconditionally.
    Thank you so much for this meditation. I will listen to it regularly as self love is something I struggle with and I know that doing this meditation regularly will help me to love myself and my body. 🙏🏻

    It was a brilliant experience , As i was watching it, i felt so light, and so refreshed, and i was just 6 minutes in the video...
    I am now meditating three times a day. It has changed my life.

    I enjoy you peaceful meditations.True peace of mind is worth more than gold.Theyve helped me realise were really simple creatures ( "Billy Stanley" Elvis Presleys stepbrther) and helped me feel closer to God.

    I have just returned from a 7 day retreat on a secluded beach situated on the Pacific coast of Mexico. The intention of these yearly retreats is precisely to nourish the Soul by consciously providing it with Peace, Joy, Love and Gratitude. Thank you for reminding me that I can feel these blessings any time I choose to meditate.

    Well it's taken me many years to be able to reach the bliss the , love joy happiness I now feel everytime I practise meditation with you my dear Sarah thank you thank you. I now opt for a meditation instead of taking a pill and lie down to sleep.Im ever so grateful my love to all xxxxxxx

    Wow I visualised myself seeing all my loved ones living their lives in peace and then I felt so warm and light I floated up into space knowing all the rest doesn"t matter and it was a marvelous sight.

    I have to say I’m new to meditation. Your voice helps me relax so much quicker then other guided mediations. I’m not knocking any one but I know what I like😊. When I can hear your voice I instantly know we’re I’m headed. I just want you to know how very thankful and grateful I’m to have found your guided meditations.     This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you. I'm going through big positive transformations at the moment which can actually be draining. And I can forget I need to stop and nourrish myself. This meditation helped me accept my limits and look at my achievements. I'm proud of what and who I have become, and allow myself to rejuvenate when I need to.

    I'm not sure how I missed this particular and particularly supportive meditation! Must be due to the riches you continue to put out, as well as my focus on the online course. ;) The tone and verbiage for this meditation was just right for a Saturday morning. I feel refreshed and even that I'm on the cusp of regaining my mojo! Thank you for your many, many gifts to us in the community you're creating and nurturing. 🥰

    This is so wonderful both my sister and mum love it too thankyou so much.I listen to it every morning it really helps especially when I wake up each day I’m in pain.CFS/ME is tough and I wake up still chronically tired and in tears.This has to be the most important time of the day to listen to your words and soothing voice.Kind regards Sarah much love ❤️ Sam 🙏

    I have enjoyed many of the mindful movement meditations. I found this one to be full of beautiful imagery wonderful suggestions and more. What I did not like was that there were no pauses in the narration to allow time to follow the suggestions.
