Avoid ATS unless you want to loose your money. Go and check yourself all ATS projects in sector 150. Same state for so many years whereas it's not case for ACE, Godrej and Tata. It's your hard earned money, due diligence is must!

@@rajeshseth4394 debt ridden company!!! Have funding issues !!! There many projects are delayed due to this …. Like. ATS Grandstand and ATS Mari gold in Dwarka Expressway and ATS LE Grandious and pious in sector 150….
ACE has become way better than ATS now in terms of delivery … you can see the price difference of ATS projects and other projects and do your own due dillegence that why ATS is projects are so cheap despite inflation and cost for cement and steel touched sky High !!
People will tell you lots of stories but you are the who is putting your hard earned money so should do your due diligence 😊…..Acc to me the project who is on time is TATA and Ace in terms of commitment
