Gaur builder is not fair in his commitment. I have invested in Gaur City in 2017 but still no earning just paying EMI and maintenance. Big disappointed....

Also when registry will be open .. what is the risk of no registry after the flat possesion
The only risk is with bankrupt builders like ATS Le grandiose. The IRP can come up with the resolution plan where they may ask existing owners to bear the extra money to clear the Noida authority dues.. like the proposal for Supertech projects
@@BlingKing321 bhai aapko nhi pta to mt bola kro .... without data we should not speak . stack holders of ATS and home craft is diff. In rear there is a financial progress state check it is too far that way work is completed at early stage. I am worried about sector not about society

Invest in Gaur projects and your life will become hell. No return of your money. Full tension of maintenance. I invested in Gaur City Center. No information of possession, keep levying penalties. Full payment done, return zero. Never invest in Gaur projects.
ACE builder is not at all investor friendly. They still have inventory that is why not allowing resale

@@MohitKumar-ky3vh they are taking maintenance in under construction building and stopping customers with there policies you can check the same in GCC and gaur world projects. They are allowing pass only for two parking yet there are around 20 to 50 people sitting in office. Only empty commitments. Don't go with gaur Comercial projects. There is no RWA in 8 years full gundagardi. You will pay to be a slave only.
@@MohitKumar-ky3vh Gaur is tacking maintenance in underconstruction building and no registry since 2018 to till date. There are stopping customers to come in building by there policies(Gundagardi ka tarika) you can see gaur city center and gaur world projects in greater noida. There are around 20 to 50 sitting in one office but They are providing only 2 pass for parking.high maintenance but no facility. briks are falling on customers and you are paying for this. Incomple work. Go and see gcc and gaur word projects just empty shopes are there will open your eyes. Shope owners are selling there shopes in half or lower rate on purchase rate.
Yes Gaur is fraud builder where lots of buyer filed the case in his every property. I suggest to all end user kindly away from gaur builder where he is trying to earned the money from the maintenance (without any service), and a cheap quality construction, and big thing your hard earned goes to RERA officer and Authorities indirectly by gaur. There are lots of cases filled by end user to gaur with their false commitments.
