      Hi Manish, yes, that entire floor is of the owner of the building. They are residing there. The empty flat shown in the video is the apartment that’s up for sale. Owner’s family lives on the 1st floor. Other residents will start living from the 2nd floor.

      Yes, so what you can do is combine the two areas of 5890 SF of each apartment and cover the entire floor, you'll get 12000 SF approx. in size & your cost will go upto 30 CR. That's definitely up for sale.

    In New Friends Colony it is like that I believe..creates tax issue.

    Forget luxury apartments, I can't imagine why anyone will pay a single rupee for a home in Delhi with all the heat, pollution, dust, trash and unmanageable crowds. Invest 6 Cr and you will get investor visas- green cards in the USA. For 6 Cr, you will get a palatial home with grass lawns, clean air and unimaginable quality of life.

      You see, it’s about preferences. Indian people are so ingrained about the Indian standard of living. The QR payment convenience, house helps at an affordable rate, many other factors equate to a good lifestyle. For you there might be some reasons, but for many more others, a grass lawn comes with a responsibility of mowing and constantly keeping it up to date. Most Indians(bachelors) are growing up with such privilege. So they really don’t want to trade that with good AQI. They’re okay with it because they think smoking 8 cigarettes a day is any day equivalent to such standards of air quality. So you know, to each,his/her own :) Plus 6 CR is a big number in India you know, this number is very much considered luxury in India. Living with the ethos of Indian culture, family values, children growing up with Indian values and ethics is so much more important to many people than green cards & clean air :)

In the west keeping your neighborhood and environment clean, hygiene and respecting law and order is more important irrespective of how clean you want to keep your own home or how much you earn. It is taught to children from a very young age. I really don't know when we will learn that part. Pollution reduces average life span by 7-8 years and decay the quality of life. For once ( i am happy) it took the prime minister of India ( decades after independence) to recognize that cleanliness it key to a developing economy. Alas, the denials and arrogance from the general public continue to keep us untidy. Make no mistake, Indian culture, family values and ethics are intact irrespective of where you live as an Indian - don't get carried away by watching Hollywood films. I am not saying people should migrate but atleast make India a better place by inculcating better civic and community values. Else it will be difficult to become a fully Atmanirbhar bharat. Modiji is doing his best so everyone please listen to him at the least ( i am not being political)
