Hell yeah here in Miami they don't dilly dally. Unless they are told to hold on the runway for some reason like another plane in front of them. They go from a fast taxi to hammering the throttles without stopping.
This video was quite the watch! This is inspiring me to leave my career as a general dentist in the Dallas area to become a commercial pilot for American! Thank you kind sir!!
💯 I lived in Dade County 36 yrs and I always appreciate videos of home. The last 60 seconds of footage captures the essence of today's Miami and the results of the great downtown/Brickell Av building boom. I also liked the footage of MIA on the boomerang. Excellent image quality, great video work. Many thanks for posting.
I love flying on the 737 Max 8. Very quiet & smooth. With its 2018 double tragedies, let's hope they fix all the recently discovered loose bolts in the aft steering mechanism...🙏
@@HaiderAli-ot2gg Lion Air and Ethiopian Airlines crashes were due to poor pilot training on the newly implemented MCAS system Boeing installed on the 737-Max 8s, instead of redesigning the aircraft to accomodate larger engines. Trying to cut costs and competing with Airbus.
Only thing I dislike about the max is the start up lol takes forever specially when I push one to the alley haha other airlines get mad because the wait
During taxi (getting to/from the gate to/from the runway), they use so-called "tillers" which control the nose wheel direction for steering. During the takeoff and landing roll, we use the "rudder" which is a control surface located on the tail of the airplane

Why do people think taxiing is interesting to watch? I skipped that part. The most interesting part was when the kid reacted to the takeoff like it was a roller coaster and said, "Bye airport".
There are certain aircraft that I refuse to step on board. The DC-10 and the 737 Max. The manufacturer and the FAA can say they are “fixed”, but do I trust them? Nah.
To be honest if you’re afraid of the max and is stuck in the past and only watch the news and believes what the news says and doesn’t want to experience the max you have a sad life

Holy sh*t this plane was taxiing faster than most people drive on I-95
I lived there in the 70’s, and I 95 was a parking lot every Monday through Friday…
You should see southwest airlines
Yep. You’re right and even with the toll lanes today, there’s a lot more people here now. Hence still jammed up.
AA always fast and roll ons. Kinda of a tradition
This is probably one of the more aggressive taxiing and takeoff roll footages I've seen. Great video, thanks!

Seemed pretty normal to me for someone without awaiting additional traffic in front of them.
I love B737 MAX engine sounds!!
That’s one awesome take off beautiful view’s behind well done for sharing
I love how quiet the 737 max's are literally a big ease from the 800's great video!
I love American airlines ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤so much
Me and you both🎉

Always happy to help!
I like this video
I wish....too bad I'm color blind. Now I watch videos and wish.
Do it!
thank you kind sir - deku
The max is an extremely quiet aircraft. Great for transcontinental flights with the proper cabins
I like the way the engines sounds when it starts taking off of the max
One of the best views you took ! I like how you zoom in and out on downtown.

Isn't this at DFW?

those crashes were because of an improper repair

Miami, the place I used to call home years ago. Beautiful takeoff and shot of the city.
@Tintovino-28 Many that live there can barely call it home, very expensive now.
Only thing I dislike about the max is the start up lol takes forever specially when I push one to the alley haha other airlines get mad because the wait
Stunning view of Miami I love ❤️ it
It was beautiful thank you!
who else felt that takeoff
The stunning part is that it did not crash.
Same old jokes yet nobody is laughing🥱
Awesome video
Nice view

Sounds like a silly question but how does the plane "steer" itself when navigating the runway?

Which seat was that? I know that is the A but, the number I wonder
Wau que buena imagen. Hermoso. !
This maybe from 2022 but was this going to Houston Hobby or Houston Bush?

Wow he is taxiing faster. Surprising the tower didn’t say anything about his speed because he shouldn’t be going that fast
Thought the Max was grounded ?
That was 2019, 4 years ago, it's 2023. It's time to leave your basement.
Barney Fife would have issued a speeding ticket.

Great video. Captain didn't waste any time on the taxi out and takeoff - he must have had a case of get-home-itis.

Theres 737 flying all around, i like to belive its all fixed...

Stunning takeoff. Annoying background talking.
I will never set foot in a 737 MAX. Never.
It’s the safest plane in the sky. You are more likely to die walking across the street vs spending the rest of your life on a B737M.
Your loss
a scary plane

two fifths of the video demonstrates wasting fuel, staning in one place
Still wouldn't trust this plane after what happened a few years ago.
Safest plane in the sky right now, partner. You drive your car everyday? More likely to die in that by a lot compared to one of these🤷♂️
So wait the Max 8 took off and didn't crash??
