Hello! I am Japanese! This plane is often seen at Haneda airport! But it's rare! If you have time, please go to Haneda Airport
Looks like a 777-200ER to me since I see EPR on the EICAS. 300 have the GE so it will be N1 but the 200 for AA is RR so EPR

8:35 Why does the engine sound like that?
Thrust reduction to climb power because once you pass about 1500 to 2000ft you don't need full power to climb all the way to the cruise level, also if you mean why the engine sounds like roaring it's because of the engine blades tips going into supersonic speeds wich cause the sound to vibrate inside the engine causing that Buzzsaw effect
I like the way the engines sounds when it starts taking off of the max
