When you mentioned the theme... I remember seeing a video of the helicopter that we sent to Mars being tested out. As I watched, the theme from Airwolf popped into my head. And I assume I wasn't the only one--a video quickly appeared with the theme in the background.
THERE you are right. I stopped watching after Dom's and Hawke's death. I had to cry many tears having to watch Hawke lying there dying. AND his missed brother was coming in. Best wishes, Jana
@@MirelleJanaWalter-yb7cz Hawk didn't die. He just got injured, then buggered off. The daft thing is, it's firmly established in Season 3 that St John did die in 'Nam.
AIRWOLF , A High -Tech marvel of the '80's ! Great Series ! Great theme music ! Universal should reboot the series for a new generation of fans ! 👍👍👍👍👍
This video just came up for me. I loved Airwolf back in the day and have the Series on DVD. There were some cheesy moments too but there was so much to the show. Thanks for giving it some love.
@@DoubleReelTV I definitely heard John but perhaps where you are from,it is pronounced differently. No harm,no foul. In German it would sound like Yahn.
I always get a chuckle at some of the ways technology in real life has made some of the plot lines look kind of silly now. The prime example was the kid who may or may not have been St. John's son, and the show ends with Michael and String talking about it and Michael making the comment that they may never know. These days, we don't have supersonic helicopters, but Michael, you're talking to a man about whether or not a kid is his nephew. A cheek swab from both of them and an agency like The Firm could probably know in a few hours.
My favourite show during the 80s (also my absolute favourite decade too!) Season one was the best imo, filled with espionage and military references, which was gradually lost in later seasons. Must admit Airwolf did have the worst continuity matching in terms of footage during the aerial sequences, weapons are deployed, next shot, weapons internalised! 🤣
The only thing disappointing me about the series was no real missiles were being shot No mavericks or sidewinders, It looked like airwolf was a crossover from Star Trek. Every time they shoot a missile, it looks like photon. Torpedoes. Like you see on star wars or battle star galactica Other than that , Great stories and action and great aerial shots
The original show already did suffer some wokeness. The first season was the best, with serious and dark stories. But it was just Stringfellow and Dominique, two men, so in the second season Caitlin was added to have a more diverse cast. And then the stories became more family friendly, and in third season there were stories with children.
One of the greatest TV show's. The theme is one of the greatest themes of all time
🎉 Ernest's 2 photos with autographs are nearly my biggest treasure. 🎉
"The Lady" ABSOLUTELY had a personality.
As a child propeller head I loved Airwolf on TV and Blue Thunder in the theater. The aerial stunts in Blue Thunder was amazing even to this day.
I loved this show

No true fan watches season 4. In fact, we deny all existence of that atrocity.
💯
THERE you are right.

Airwolf season 4 is like fight club. We don't talk about it.

In my head canon, Season 4 is just some wacky hallucination Hawk had during the events of "Echoes of the Past."
This show ruled when I was a kid!! I'm going to star
Airwolf simply the best.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Back in the 80s that intro theme gave me goosebumps still does

Massive Airwolf fan here. Thank you for watching, I'm glad you liked the video.
One correction to say on here. It is not John Michael Vincent. It is Jan Michael Vincent.
Thanks for the heads up. Im sorry if it sounded like John, im fully aware its Jan.

I ❤tv show

AIRWOLF had the COOLEST theme song.
This year anniversary of the Show show
Iam a fan of the show
When the BLue Thunder TV adaptation went down in flames, they tried again and hit it with Airwolf

ernest borgnine made that show as good as it is
Ernest was amazing.
I heard the stunt pilots needed to be reminded the Bell was not actually Airwolf because they pushed it so hard.
The theme song is my incoming phone call ringtone.
Yeah , i switch between this and the knight rider theme song
Impossible to find on line here in the UK… Prepared to pay….!
Amazon UK sells the DVD and BD Sets.
No mention of ArchAngel and Marella
ArchAngel is far more important than Dominic

I like to see a movie
This is me and fay airwolf
Yep
Like Blue thunder
Yes it is better
Make a movie of show
I'm surprised they haven't done a remake, but keep the modern wokeness out of it.

Don't you mean remake?
