The show actually seemed like it was improving by season three. Problem was season two was so bad. No one wanted to give it a chance. It’s too bad. The sci-fi channel really wasn’t into original programming in 1995. Season three on the sci-fi channel might’ve worked.

If this were made today, would the bike be a Suzuki V-strom 1300? (with a Hayabusa engine) Or just a dressed up TransAlp? Hopefully NOT a BMW GS!

Greatest show to come out of the 80s ❤️

I've been a big fan of the show and the short-lived spin-off, "Sons of Thunder." A spin-off series that deserves so much better.

Sometimes all you need is a cool-looking machine, good looking people and a few funny one-liners to elevate a simple story. It's not that hard.

Dodge Viper is still one of THEE most eye pleasing car!! (in my opinion)

Even as a kid when I saw this movie I was like where's Kit and they sidelined him for a slicker car which reminded me of Hot Rod from Transformers, its like replacing Optimus Prime with this better looking car as kid didn't enjoy this.

I found Renegade in the last few years as its been airing on the Heroes and Icons tv network. It had some great guest stars and still one of the few shows to have a Latino lead. Its a fun ride with a hint of 90s nostalgia.

At the time I was like no, but after a rewatch in adulthood, I’ve determined this movie is grossly underrated. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I have absolutely no memory of this show. I might look it up on the different streaming services.

I am probably one of the few that liked the movie. I was a HUGE fan of Knight Rider when I was a kid. EVERY black (or dark colored) car was KITT. They all had the turbo boost and could jump any distance. (Lol. I was a kid, remember?) The movie was different, yes... but it had Michael and KITT so... It certainly wasn't the bestest movie ever... But I liked it for the vision of the future. Which we ALL know never happened like it was supposed to. Hell, where's the hover cars that Back To The Future promised us? The new series... wasn't Bad... it jest wasn't Great. Special effects were cool, and there was some great chemistry between the actors and actresses. It just never really got to shine.

I watched this with my dad, when I was a kid. I was really into it, and confused when it ended so quickly.

I’m in my 50’s and remember this one. I do remember that other motorcycle show, cyclone with Heather Thomas. 😉

For a long time, I was glad that Tom Selleck did not get the Indiana Jones role. But lately I have changed my opinion on that. Harrison Ford was great in the first three movies. The last two though were bad. This isn't Harrison Fords' fault, but I wonder if Tom Selleck would have stepped aside when it was time and let a younger actor play the role.

It was cool for the 90's, but the Knightrider reboot had better VFX with better tehnology at the time.

The reason why the reboot felt weak was that Selleck was such a powerful personality it was nearly impossible to replace him. Worse, they turned Higgins from a foil and equal to Magnum, into a potential female love interest. Casting is key to shows like this. You don't watch them for the writing, you watch them for the cast and stat for the writing.

I didn’t miss an episode of Street Hawk :) watched it religiously, along with Knight Rider and Airwolf. Now I own this bike in GTA5, The oppresor Mk1 👍

Which TV show that reminds people of "Dodge" ? not Viper TV series , but Married with Children , Al Bundy a shoe salesman who sell women shoe and Drives a Dodge , and he cries over his life and his car . and the Dodge Viper make appearance on the show , which Al almost won the Dodge Viper in one episode

viper (the car) actually looks very decent even today. paint is not so reflective as today paints are and lights are maybe a but too simple. but otherwise it holds very well

I remember seeing a very young George Clooney in one episode. I used to love all these shows as a kid - Street Hawk, Knight Rider, Dukes Of Hazzard, Automan etc... Good times!

This was phenomenal. I remember taping this on VHS.

Loved this series , I ride bikes because of it, the speed scenes were excellent.

It was awful. It was the wrong aesthetic, the wrong soundtrack, the wrong script and the wrong actors. A missed opportunity.

I remember loving the first episode or two but then the show started being impossible to keep track of when it was on. I eventually gave up after missing a few episodes due to the story having moved on. It had great potential but was given no chance to succeed by the network.

I loved street hawk here in the UK the synth theme tune was amazing. Such a shame it had a short run.

I remember this show when I was a kid my mother liked Higgins.

This would have been good had they not destroyed the car itself. That prototype red car was ugly, Devon was killed, no Bonnie, no April, no RC3. I remember this when it was new when I was a kid, and frankly, it bored me. I don't like now and I am 45. I get things would change if set years later (set in the year 2000), but destroying the car that made the show only to salvage KITTs CPU and scanner, it's like who cares? If it ain't a Pontiac trans am, it ain't kitt.
