Part 1: A.C. Compressor Replacement Removal: Freon Blows Not My Fault

I'm not to happy. Got a call from a Gentleman asking if we could come over and change his AC compressor and put a belt on his vehicle for him the vehicle is a 2010 Honda CRV SUV the customer told me that the AC compressor was locked up broke did not work the customer did not tell me that it could still potentially have freon in the system and that he was using the AC before it locked up when I pulled the line Freon blow everywhere even in my face and in my mouth if I would have known that there was freon in the system or could have been and the customer would have told me I would have purged the system with a Reclaimer Until I could have borrowed one from Justin's auto repair and disposed of it properly instead of letting it go into the environment that's not my fault that's on the customer because he didn't give me that information and said it was empty and he thought that's why it locked up and I told him yes with an AC unit you need freon in the system so that way the freon can carry the oil throughout the entire unit so it doesn't lock up that's how AC units work on cars so I assumed that there was no freon in the A.C. Compressor when we had this conversation and if I get any fines or anything like that the customer will be paying for them because he told me that everything did not work so I assumed that the system was completely shot and completely 100% empty I should have known better and check the system just to make sure but I took the customers word for it that won't happen again hopefully I don't get Freon Poisoning.
