I used to love jumps but since I suffered from lower back problems (slipped disc) I am not doing it good anymore. Any effective alternatives?
Sorry to hear this, slipped disc issues can be a nightmare! I would choose some of the slower (extensive) based exercises such as the single leg pogo exercise, the hurdle hops and these type of jumps - I will create a video on this easier / low impact plyometrics for you. And of course - more strength work and single leg strength work so you body can absorb these high forcesin the spine before the more explosive work. Thanks for watching
