Thanks i actually just bought the sutro lite and i love them. They are just way to light and not as heavy as the radar path. I also did try the hydras but they felt not as durable felt too plasticky on my face like they would break easily and not stay on my face while running... i ended up going with the sutro lite they are good.
@@theformerathlete Thanks! I purchased this a week ago, and I have already used it in a couple of runs, including one of the long runs. It’s very comfortable, and I found it lighter than the EV Radar that I have used for almost 8 years.
I haven't tried them, but in general, I find a lot of Oakley's lifestyle sunglasses good enough for sports. But obviously the sports sunglasses are more suited for it. My experience is that the lifestyle ones aren't as good when it comes to comfort and keeping the sweat away from the lenses.
Sorry for my late reply here. Def. not. I would say Sutro Lite is Sutro Lite. Personally I have never noticed a significant difference between vented and non-vented!
Hi I like your review, congratulations. one question, I am a road runner, even over long distances, what would you recommend among the 3 models you reviewed? because they are the models that are in doubt about purchasing. I await your advice, thanks
When it comes to sweat, I find the Sutro to be better because of the big lenses. It’s not that I DON’T recommend the Hydra, but the Sutro has been my trusted friend lately!
Personally I would not go for the Corridor on the bike. As of right now I would say the Sutro Lite or Sutro Lite Sweep are the most versatile models out there! Otherwise the Radar EV is a great option for all activities!
I bought a pair for cycling a few weeks ago and love them. The first time I wore them, I did notice that air was 'rushing in' from the outer edges when riding at hi-speed (like a long, fast downhill) and this was causing my eyes to water. I was a little disappointed, but persevered and on my next ride, I ensured that the glasses were pushed up firmly as far as they would comfortably go. That seems to have eliminated the problem, and I'm very happy with them now.
I have 2 pairs of the oakley corridor and have no sweating issue with them. For me they are the perfect running glasses
I actually love hearing that! Maybe it’s just my face lol
@@theformerathlete could be mine also my friend!!!
Same for me! Have run several marathons in them and have had no issues. Different for everyone, I guess!

Glad you like them! They have been my favorites over the last year too! Did my marathon with the Sutro Lite Sweep!
How you have only got 14 subscribers is criminal - keep it up and they will come!
Thanks dude! I'll do my best!
As a runner too, i agree with your opinions too, i own 10 pair of oakleys AND i love the brand
Right? I’ve used my Sutro Elite lately and I absolutely love them for running!
@@theformerathlete good choice
Good review! What do you think about the Oakley BXTR?
I don't have too much experience with them, but they feel a little "cheap" in my opinion
My brain says Sutro lite sweep but my heart the hydras…I don’t know what to do lol
I feel you! I just packed both with me for our Thanksgiving trip!
I am planning to buy Sutro Lite for only running. Do you recommend it? As it is a cycling glass.
I would say it's the best for running. It's by far my favorite these days. I did my marathon in them.

@@utubeasif I agree. I actually find myself leaving my Radar EV at home 99% of the time.
What about the Oakley actuator, is it suitable for long distance running?

Do you only recommend the vented version of the sutro lite sweep? Does the non vented version have the same draw backs as the corridor? Thanks!

Hi, I just bought some of the for cycling and running, how do you change the lens, any idea?
You have to pinch the nose piece and get that one off first. Then grab it on the middle and remove it from there. I think that’s what I did at least

I would definitely go for the Sutro Lite or Sutro Lite Sweep. Personally I find these to be amazing for running. Good luck!
@@theformerathlete you say sutro lite or sweep, instead what do you think of Hydra? why don't you recommend them?

I have the same problem with my EVZERO. What experience have you had with those?
I liked them for speed skating, bud for other things I found them to be to close to my face. Is that the issue you have too?
do you think Corridor would be suitable for cycling? Or is it better to buy Oakley Sutro Lite for running and cycling?

@@blinklogicit’s always good to give them a second chance!
What is your camera and light setup?
For this I used the Sony FX6, combined with the Aputure 300d and 2 x Nanlite tubes in the background 📹
is there anyone use oakley corridor for prescription glasses (change the lenses), or any recommendations a prescrtiption glasses for running?
Good question. I don't know if they offer that with the Corridor.
I like them and have no issue with sweat. By the way, do you know how to swap lenses on the oakley corridor?
That’s great. It’s definitely a matter of preference!
I’m sorry. No. Sold them before I tried 😅
Hydra? I can’t find them
Really? Just look up Oakley Hydra on Google and hopefully you’ll find some!
What about the ev zero?
I've used them and they're great. Not a huge fan of the design tho ...
Tks for u review
Thank you for leaving a comment! Glad you liked it!
you don't NEED sunglasses for running.
unless you're a huge fan of wearing them. I am 😅
Do you know running glasses with wiper on?. No value in your comments.
I am sorry you feel that way!
Change the nosepad
Unfortunately that doesn't change the sweat issue...
