In July of 2024 I decided to run my first ever marathon, and with four months of running I did a 2.52 marathon. Today, one year later I got the confirmation that I am qualified for the Boston marathon 2025.
A few weeks ago I got the confirmation from Boston Marathon, and I am officially a part of Boston Marathon 2025. The feeling of qualifying changes everything.
But how do you train for a spring marathon when most of the training block is during the winter? This is how I am preparing for the Boston Marathon 2025.
In this series I will take you on a journey on how I did my first ever marathon in 2 hours and 52 minutes, thus running a sub 3 marathon on the first try.
This is how I qualified for the Boston Marathon with 4 months of running.
