I have been walking for the last twenty five years. My mode of walking is Briskwalking with hands moving straight.
My daily goal is 10000 steps but I always finish with 7500 to 8000.
I find it very convenient, healthy and agile. Thank you for your valuable suggestion coinciding with my activity.
