I walk minimum two hours a day regularly and many of body state appears very free. No pains , stress and good sleep. This is my very compulsory activity covers about 12 to 15kms every day before going to duty. As a civil engineer my duties are mostly in various states but I donot avoid except in journeys.

నేను వాకింగ్ చేయక ముందు బ్లడ్ షుగర్ తిన్న తర్వాత 142 వచ్చింది వెంటనే వాకింగ్ స్టార్ట్ చేసాను. 1.5 ఇయర్స్ నుంచి చేస్తున్నాను ఇప్పుడు నా బ్లడ్ షుగర్ తిన్న తర్వాత 110 వుంది నేను ఉదయం 50 మినిట్స్ చేస్తాను

Hi arka Varma garu as u are a suger patient it's better to walk with shoes why because if ur foot may injured by any stones while walking it will not heal fastly and finally it leads to diabetic foot
And some times it leads to remove ur foot . ..so please take care while walking

Very true. I do walking at least 30 minutes. When I don't get sleep at nights, I walk at home. I get sound and uninterrupted sleep. The only thing I feel angry about the pollution levels outside. Gabby country.
