Me yoga exercise achhi diet aur achhi lifestyle se body ko flexible aur fit Bana Raha hu taaki baad me jab gymnastics join karu tab aasani se Sikh saku.
Great. Keep it up . Magar dhyan rkhna gymnastics me sirf flexibility hi nhi chaiye hoti. Use 3guna jada legs me strength and core strong hona chaiye. All the best
👍 I hope that’s helps cuz I have trying since last 3 years still I haven’t reached at floor.. there still 2 inches gap. Even tho I’m quite flexible but only middle split I’m straggling with 😅
Yeah. Great we know that sometimes with some people its difficult to reach that 180 full split. Reasons might be Lack of hip mobility. Knock Knee Tight glutes. Wrong technique Irregular training. . Unnecessary repetition of same position. If you watch the whole video it will help . Certainly
