Why you have not presoaked Barnyard millets before making Upma?
Ghee do bar use kiya calorie jyada hogaya.
Bhai mere tum jitna Ghee da rahe ho usse Millet ke saare gunn neutralise ho gaye.
First you shok it in water for 8 hrs then use it
