    Nice video. Seems pretty consistent that no matter what the spin is either it's going left or right from a pendulum serve or the other way in a reverse pendulum serve, XX is continuing the spin by swinging accordingly. Never bites into it. Ex: vs FZD's reverse pendulum serve, then XX TPB across his body. But vs Timo Boll who is left handed his reverse pendulum serve, then XX does a FH punching motion simply trying to continue the spin.

    This is just a way out of the situation when you are served in the left corner of the table from you. In my opinion, the amateur and the player also play with a Chinese pen, this is easier and more reliable than playing the RPB, since trimming with a feather backhand is more difficult and there are many fingers there ..

    nice slow mo in this video. very rarely get to see xu xin use tpb backhand. he applies it only to perform chop block with unmatched precision
