Well, me and my family just got over a nasty hybrid head cold/stomach flu, so I had to break my 28 day challenge streak. Today was my first day back and it feels SO good to be back to it! Today's workout was a little different and easier for me, which I'm grateful for after a hard week! This was awesome :D

This is a tough one. I could only do a couple of minutes. I couldn't get my legs off the floor. But I will try it again later on today. I love a challenge and my body is feeling very strong right now so I want to keep going. This is my second week and I'm feeling and looking good. I'm excited to see how my body will have changed after the 28 days.

I just finished it with no complications. I'm so proud of myself. I have been using my computer to do the exercises but it's a little complicated trying to look up to follow your instructions so I put my phone on the floor and followed your video that way because it was much easier. I also kept the computer on so when I was not so low on the floor, I could see you on my computer. I think it might be easier for me if I just put you on my tv that might work better. I'm considering all options to make sure I am able to follow your technique correctly. @@PilateswithDonnaFinnie

I am a little behind as I've missed a few days, but I enjoyed this session, I think working on the glutes is hard at times, but feels great! ❤

Thank you for creating this 28 day bar challenge. I'm enjoying it! One thing I noticed when doing this video just now is that advertisements popped up four different times. Is there a way to prevent ads from appearing during the session?
Thanks for the feedback, mid roll adverts are not meant to be on, will get that sorted.
May not matter now, but to avoid ads, TH-cam premium is great!! I don't think I can go back.

Wow couldn't successfully lift my legs or raise up with strength in my arms is there a way to do this or i just have to keep trying i had to laugh at myself at how tight/week and unresponsive my muscles to being moved like this . As a newbie these movements are foreign lol
Hi Maureen just checking in to see how you are doing … I have loved your updates and honesty as you’ve been working though the challenge. As you rightly said some of these movements are completely alien to your body and will feel super challenging. Be kind to yourself, I love that you are able to laugh at yourself too. Exercise should be fun. It should makes us feel good. I hope you are able to continue with the challenge… be really proud of yourself, you are doing great xx 🙌👏😍

I certainly do feel it .. trying to get the breathing right is fun often find I am doing the opposite 🙃.
